    We had great service and really good food. We were disappointed that we couldn’t sit outside due to occasional rain and wind, so we couldn’t hear the music from the band. They had to set up in the bar which was loud. I always feel bad for performers when most of the people are talking and not listening to the music. We love listening to live music while dining out. Our table was back by the door that goes out to the patio so when someone went outside we would feel the cold air. Thank goodness we dressed warm so it didn’t bother us too much. Over all we enjoyed our dinner.

    The Grove is one of our favorite restaurants. The ambience is so nice. We were seated right away. Our waitress took a very long time on most everything. Our mashed potatoes were cold which was disappointing. Our waitress threw our friend’s dinner out after offering to put it into a to go bag. Our experience was a little disappointing but we will give it another try & hope for a better experience next time.

    Had lunch with friends on the "closed in patio. The service was excellent, and we all enjoyed our meals. Our only complaint is that the servers leave the patio door open, to the outside tables allowing flies to bother us. This has been a previous experience for me and is highly distracting from an otherwise great restaurant. There should be a way to make the door self close.

    Service was excellent. The ambiance is unmatched. BUT — I ordered a Wagyu steak Oscar style and it was tough and hard to chew. The mashed potatoes were also chunky and not creamy. If the food was prepared better it would be a 10/10 no doubt.

    The food was very good. Had outside table which was really nice. The weather was great. They had live music which was good. The best thing about our lunch was the waiter. He was very good and was very attentive. Even took pictures for us. We were there celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary. Thanks for a good time.

    SO good! We got invited to a corporate event on the patio and had to come back for brunch. Amazing ambiance. Great service! And the food was delicious. We loved everything we ate! Absolutely will be back and will take houseguests here as well.

    We enjoyed every bit of our experience. Our server, Lourden, was charming and wonderful. Our drinks and food were delicious. We loved the dessert and the special plating of it with sweet hearts drawn on in chocolate. Lovely evening at The Grove!

    Beware of being placed near the door to the patio. We were very close to it on a cool evening and I had to get up at least 5 times to close the door. Also, be vigilant if you have a food allergy (for me, gluten). I mentioned it twice to our (newish) server but still received a dish with a sauce that contained gluten and could not eat the meal.

    Wow! What an amazing place in an unexpected location! It was both fancy and low key at the same time - the food and drinks were delicious and well-priced! The diverse dining areas had something for everyone. I wish we had this in DFW but will definitely be back.

    Wonderful food. Wonderful experience. I ordered the chicken Milanese which did not disappoint. Wished we had chosen to sit outside because of the beautiful set up but it was a bit chilly.

    We both had the chicken with arugula salad on top. Thinly sliced pairs on top was delicious. The meat was fork tender and juicy, the grits cooked perfectly. Service was great although the room was too dark and the atmosphere could have been better. Best meal ever!

    Great place, food and drinks were great. Although it was raining, the outdoor space was great! The music was a tad loud for my date and I to have a conversation but overall would totally recommend this place.

    Always great experience. It’s on me, however sitting outside with live music was too much for me. Even when the music wasn’t live, the music was a bit loud and made it hard to visit. Otherwise, great food and service.

    I have eaten at the Grove three times. On the last two visits, I enjoyed eating on the patio while listening to the live acoustic set played on the nearby stage. The food and drinks were stellar, as usual. The service was impeccable. The only issue we had during our meal, and quite a distracting issue, was the condition of the table where we sat. The tables were wooden and sturdy the last time I had the pleasure of sitting on the patio. This time, the sturdy wooden table was replaced with a lightweight metal table. The legs were loose and made the table wobble with instability, so we did our best not to touch it. I even kneeled at each corner of the table and attempted to tighten the bolts on each leg, as I found they were all loose. This impacted our ability to enjoy our meal and the evening because the table shifted so much with even a tiny nudge of your arm or leg. When charging $30 for appetizers and $50 for a steak dinner, it would seem feasible that The Grove owners could afford to provide better, more stable tables for their customers.
