   Food wasn’t seasoned whatsoever. Steak & Cake was very ehh. But the sides, (macoroni and Asparagus) absolutely no seasoning. My beers were warm

   We loved this place. Made reservations last minute for husbands birthday and so happy I did. Food was fantastic and service was too notch!! Definitely recommend.

   We were seated by the Hostess and waited over 20 minutes with no wait staff acknowledging our presence. I finally had to get up and ask a random waitress why no one was waiting on us? She said she'd go and find out. Turns out there was no wait staff assigned to our table so she agreed to wait on us. Seems like the other wait staff might have noticed? The atmosphere was beyond bizarre. It was so dark we had to use our cell phone flashlights to read the menu and it was so cold we felt like we were inside a meat locker. Every patron in the place were wearing their coats and hats. Our acquired waitress was excellent and the food was truly delicious BUT because of management's total lack of awareness of their brutal atmosphere and lack of staff coordination we will never go back.

   If you are going to have Sunday Brunch in Tyler, TX then there is no better place to do that than The Grove. Food was great - had the candied bacon, chicken tamales, and chicken chilaquiles. Service was great. The atmosphere is always great.

   First time dining at the Grove. The bar/lounge area is great! Long bar, open space, nice crowd. For dinner we sat in the enclosed patio area which was a little quieter than the main dining room (which was quite loud). Salads were fresh and tasty. Entrees of sea bass and salmon were perfectly grilled and the sides were excellent also. Grove was quite busy yet our server was attentive and checked in with us several times. Strongly recommend.

    Food was outstanding, as always. Our server was great. Wednesday night wine deal is most bottles are 50% off! Very few exclusions in the available bottles at half off. My only gripe, and I hope the owner looks at these, The night time lighting in the dining rooms is was too dark. May have been acceptable if there were candles on the table but no candles. No salt, pepper or sweetener packets. I asked our server to speak to the manager about a courtesy increase in the dining room light and that was shot down by the manager saying that the owner has them set where he wants them and that it is not to be deviated from his chosen settings. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the menu(s) and I noticed as the servers were serving at the other tables, they were really struggling to look at the orders on the ticket to be sure meals were served to the correct guest. We were seated near a group of about 20 and the visibility hampered their ability to efficiently do their job. It was absolutely too dark and I'm sure most guests in there would agree. Give your GM's the ability to address the guests request as long as they aren't unreasonable.

    My boyfriend's birthday dinner at The Grove was spectacular! All food was artfully prepared and was perfectly cooked to order. We shared a loaded wedge salad and enjoyed the off-menu 8-oz filet with lobster and Togarashi-crusted ahi tuna, plus a glass of La Crema chardonnay. Kudos to Chef Arturo Lara! Our server Justin was attentive and on point, despite the restaurant being quite crowded with teens out for dinner before a high school dance. The Grove never disappoints. PS I didn't order this time, but highly recommend the mini beef wellington for a shared appetizer or entree.

    Overall a good Brunch experience. We normally have dinner at the Grove in the bar or main dining room. The food was good and the server tried really hard, however we got seated at a very busy time (right as church let out on Sunday). We did not like the table where we were seated (dark and right by the service entrance to the kitchen) and the service was a little slow due to the influx of guests. My wife requested salt and pepper it never came. We will definitely come back, but at a different time and request other seating.

    My husband & I are tourists to the area from Savannah, GA. We were visiting between Christmas and the New Year. Our hotel recommended The Grove for our New Year's Eve Dinner and we are so glad they did. The atmosphere, service and food were exceptional! We are so happy to have found this Place.

    Fantastic all around! Our first time here (12.31.2022)! Great service staff - always smiling even when extremely busy! Very personable and friendly as well! Great bar service! The food is top notch! Highly recommend arriving a bit early to your reservation time and enjoy a beverage in the comfy, spacious bar! This will be our new watering hole! The inside restaurant seating area is a bit dark (low light) but overall a great place to enjoy a fine meal. After dinning, suggest going outside and enjoy a glass of wine (or two) by the fireplace in wintertime! We will be back time and time again! A big thank you to all who made our date night fabulous!

    Failed to recall preset menus for New Years were likely so showed up unsuspecting. We were pleasantly surprised! The special menu had plenty of options we both fully enjoyed all that we selected, especially the Chilean Sea Bass and Duck! Service was good, desert was excellent. Definitely a must experience! Kudo's to the chef!

    The food here is absolutely amazing. We love it! And all of the workers are really nice. It really could be a beautiful restaurant but they’re slacking a lot with the upkeep of the establishment, especially with the bathrooms. You would think with how expensive this place to drink/eat at they’d have their bathrooms clean, not broken or falling apart, & their decor wouldn’t be cheap art slapped up in extremely dim-lit dinning.. also there was a girl who dropped her pants & peed in the parking lot while there was another group who were yelling & a brawl almost broke out. It gave Dallas dive bar vibes… Anyways, foods great!

    We asked our waitress about a entree. She had no idea and told us completely wrong. It was horrible with soggy chips! She had said it was nothing like nachos. It was nacho, soggy! Didn’t even eat it. She was not a good waitress at all. When we mentioned , she chose to ignore us
