The Grove Savannah
Serving lunch, dinner & late night drinks daily.
Great for groups!
Very good. Great shrimp and grits.
Great food and great place. The noise level was to loud and I had to shout across the table to hear the other person
Great appetizers and drinks!
The food is great! It did take about 30 minutes for us to get a drink, but we could tell they were understaffed. Probably would have ordered more drinks if they came our sooner. Our waitress was not very nice, but she was probably just overwhelmed.
Food & service was amazing!!! Can't wait to be back!
Just exceptional! Thank you so much for opening this restaurant. Great food, family friendly staff, amazing drinks, food off the charts--just excellent.
The music was loud and the food took a really long time to get to us but, it was good! The waitress didn’t come around a lot, my boyfriends food was cold but he didn’t want to wait for her to come back to heat it up again. Overall we had a good time though. The food was good and seasoned well and the champagne pop was definitely worth the money.
So great! Food is delicious. Loved the rooftop and live music for brunch
We hit up The Grove before we headed back home for a mid morning brunch and we were NOT disappointed! I would definitely recommend getting rooftop reservations. The food was top notch and the vibe was very relaxing and worth every penny! There was an awesome band (Hunter Jordan) that set up right beside where we were sitting and played. Will definitely be back!
They were out of most of the food we wanted, the food we did order came out pretty quickly
We had the best time! The food was excellent, and the service was even better. Sadie was our server and she made my bachelorette dinner the best ever! Next time I’m in Savannah I will definitely be back!!
The food was terrible and the drinks were subpar. Will not be going back there
When we arrived it took about 15 minutes to get water, another 5 for our server to come back and take our orders. When we were ready to place our order we were informed half the menu was not available. Our server never came or check on us and refill our soft drinks for the entire 2 hours that it took to have lunch.
The Grove’s service was inadequate. There were good workers but unfortunately our male server did not do his job very well. We sat for 15 minutes before he came over. We wouldn’t see him again for long periods of time.
We sat on the rooftop. The atmosphere was great. Our server was awful. She was completely absent throughout our meal. The food was totally so so. I got a salad and added shrimp. The salad was tiny and there were 4 shrimp. My husband's burger was nothing special. The cocktails were good, but again our server failed to wait on us so we didn't get refills. Overall I though it was highly overpriced and subpar.
Wonderful experience. Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. Presentation, taste a s creativity food and quality of drinks beyond exceptional. Highly shocked and impressed all at the same time. Only 4 things to mention, gave 4 star for ambiance..please take fake plants out of restaurant..savannah has so much natural greenery--doesn't compliment too well. The second is paint. White walls should be painted at least once a week. 3 please wash pillows in seating area, maybe a pillow case can be used..and 4 please clean around a.c. vents extremely dusty and mildewy..another than that everything is perfect. As a local, it should be more presentable for our tourists downtown..
It was good, but for a Tuesday night it was disappointing that they were out of so many items on the menu.
The Grove had been recommended to us by family, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and our server was fantastic. Definitely make a reservation.
I reserved our spot on Open Table and messed up, but thankfully was able to get a reservation for 30 minutes later...and it is a delightful area to kill some time at the market! The food was good. The burger was alright, but the other dishes we ordered were terrific. Our waitress and the man working the front desk were both terrific. I think it would be a better place to come with a date than with a family. A bit noisy for talking with a table of 4. I also love the roof top bar!
Our food was great but I was disappointed that both appetizer and entree that I had wanted were not available
We enjoyed our meal and time at the Grove. The cocktail menu was great as the Rosemary Sweet Tea was one of the best cocktails I’ve had...Ever! The food was good and portion size was great...enough for us to share an entree. Great service and atmosphere.
Had a girls brunch of only 4 people on easter. All four us had to send our food back because it was all way over cooked. It took the server 15 minutes to even come ask how it was after it came to the table. Didn't even try to offer us another mimosa while we waited just disappeared for way to long periods of time in between checking back. They really were not even crazy busy....of course this place will get attention for their juvenile cocktails and rooftop, but if you are over 30 don't waste your time. Go to several of the other rooftops and get better service and quality.
Great for a thirtyish crowd. My husband and I are in the senior crowd and we were the oldest in there. It was fun but from the roof deck there isn’t a view and in a funny aside, when we arrived, the hostess took one look at us and told us to go up in the elevator that the staff used to get food up to the roof deck. Hey we aren’t that bad yet!
Horrible. Never received our food after waiting 2 hours. Don't go!
I was glad to see The Grove so busy! Food and drinks were good.
The food was truly amazing. The noise level, especially in the area where we were seated, was exceptionally too loud. It seemed that we were seated in the kiddie corner. This did not leave us overjoyed by our experience. The drink selections were also great.
Good food, had club music so loud you had to almost yell at your server. Then in the next room they had a guy trying to sing any play piano, the 2 things together were not so great.
The Parmesan Pasta was the absolute one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Service was superb. The only negative thing was the noise level. I knew going in this wasn't a place you'd expect to be quiet, but the noise level made it difficult to converse with others at the table.
Super loud and full of tourists. Pretty interior but absolutely no attempt to curb the sound.
Over crowded. Server forgot one of the meals. Too many people gathered indoors by the bar.
Meh. Ambiance felt off, bright lighting, servers not wearing masks properly, food was just OK and overpriced.
Sit on the rooftop. Bartender is helpful and cordial. Grouper tacos and sweet potato spinach salad were really good.
Sarah was a great server!
Awesome service and the food was outstanding. My family and I loved it 😍
The ambiance at the Grove is exactly what I was looking for when my friends and I went to brunch, but they seem to use that and kitschy drinks like a giant Moscow mule and champagne pops to bring people in and then do the bare minimum when it comes to service. The establishment is incredibly disorganized and slow. I had a reservation for the rooftop at 2pm and was told by the hostess after waiting fifteen minutes that she had nothing available. She then spotted a group of people leaving and she sat us there. It then took another 20-25 minutes to get menus and some water. Our waiter was great and very nice but obviously overwhelmed. The food was delicious but once we received our food it took another 5-10 minutes to get silverware so I could actually eat my shrimp and grits. This place could be amazing if they upped their game.
Be mindful of the rooftop bar, they are VERY discriminating. (Brandon the waiter was nice though.)
Good food and drinks
Great brunch spot! Service was outstanding, and good drinks!
The food was just okay, it was a big party scene so not meant for casual dinners. The servers were understaffed but I assume that’s due to COVID.
Rooftop was awesome but it’s a limited menu up there.
