The best place to catch up with friends😊 and for taking pictures. A great place to take a relative who visit from overseas.

Have been a few times and doesn't disappoint. Although a few plants need watering!

Came here on my final day in Sydney on recommdations, was definitely worth it. The location is a bit difficult to reach by public transit but once you arrive, prepare to spend some time there.

The food was amazing and reasonable for the price. Reserving the table made the experience pretry smooth overall.

Staff pressured order and tried to up sell, not keen on offering kids menu.

It was my first visit and I was most impressed. Helpful and friendly staff, fabulous food and service and a wonderful ambiance.
I had a delicious lunch in the Cafe with two friends and all our meals were fresh, plentiful and well presented. The service was friendly and quick and it was great to wander around the Grounds and enjoy the scenery.

Amazing use of space and beautiful grounds. The food was incredible and reasonably priced.

The cafe was way too dark, we were sitting in the section at the back, the tables at the front had a lot more light. The plates that the eggs your way cane out on made it a bit awkward to eat. Service was good, staff were very helpful.

We went to see the Candy display which didn't disappoint - bright and cheerful. Our pastries and coffees were delicious, particularly the deconstructed iced mocha. Not a lot of choices for vegetarians if we wanted a main meal.

It's a lovely place. Getting a table was a breeze with booking made ahead of time, we were taken to our table straight away. The team is very helpful and efficient. Coffee is great! We even ordered second round of coffee because it's so good. The big breakfast was great, it's enough for me to share with my daughter. The kids milk shake is so cute it came in a teddy bear glass. So much to see in this place for kids. The shed area looks great too

Absolutely amazing! So pleased that we went out of our way to visit The Grounds. We were blown away! The food and drinks were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our time wandering around. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone.

A very unique place, the different food & drink places all have there own vibe. The food was simply outstanding. If looking for something to do in sydney, check this place out.

Over priced, under served and not worth it. Won’t be going back. Bugs in food, 45 min wait for cold food(that was supposed to be hot). Then sent back as we had bugs one of my friends food. Then she had to wait 45mins again. Bill arrived for $230. 5 meals on it not ours. No apologies. Not the first poor experience there. We all have not go back.

The venue itself is wonderful, a must check out. Be prepared for crowds

Good, lively place with great staff. Food was yummy but servings could've been bigger. Great coffee.

Poached eggs were over cooked and the waitress was rude. The breakfast burger and hot chocolate was delicious.

First time at the Grounds and was very pleased with the experience. Had lunch at the Cafe and glad I booked beforehand due to the number of people. We went on a Monday but it was very crowded. Was able to park the car with the free valet service which was much appreciated. Very nice place but more toilets would be nice! Overall great. Would like to go back at night as it must look very pretty with all the lanterns and lights on!

Too crowded. Table too small. Cutleries and glasses still dirty. 1 hour time limit - not enjoyable experience

Booked for Melbourne visitors. Initial placing was outside in characterless and fairly chilly area compared to inside. Staff offered inside idf we could wait which we chose to do. Then placed at a 2 seater table in the 'roasting area' so my chair backed up against another customer and no space for anyone to pass. After standing up 3 times in about 5 minutes, I suggested that the waiters go around another way as they had placed me there and I was not prepared to continue standing up and down. Wwe were then offered another table when someone else finished. Again a 2 seater with 2 of us squeezed next to each other on the bench seat and one in a chair. Bench seat inappropriate height for table. Seated next to 2 mums with bubs who were very loud and badly behaved - food thrown off table etc. Thankfully they left not too long after and then we were able to move for a third time to our final table. Had to eventually ask for the high chair and food scraps to be removed. Not really what I have been used to on previous visits to the Grounds and frankly rather embarrassing with Melbourne visitors.

Great for breakfast, atmosphere was excellent, good service and spectacular food. Only downside it was cold inside!

Very trendy and worth going there once for the experience, but not somewhere I would go regularly. Parking likely to be an issue on weekends.

The staff make this cafe! Very noisy and crowded but great service with decent food. Worth a visit!
Warning, parking is extremely rare, so try to get there by other means or leave up to 45 mins extra time to find parking.

Far too busy and crowded to be enjoyable. Food was good but not worth the over $115 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Unclear as to where to queue up and ended us wasting 15 min standing in a queue only to be old the cafe was elsewhere.

Loved the Aladdin installation as well as the I wish for more cake!

Food and atmosphere always great. Need to regularly check toilets for cleanliness.

Awesome experience of dinning in rostery and garden!

We went for lunch at 1pm. We booked a table in advance but we had to wait however 10 min to be seated. Not a problem!
Food and drinks were delicious , even if the waiter forgot to put one side of polenta chips in the system so we didn’t get them (not a problem again as we were completely full). Ambience is great even if I think no matter if is weekday or weekend it is always a busy cafe. Good for the business 👍🏼
The only things it leaves to be desired was the service maybe it was just because the cafe was very busy but we’ll see next time.
However, the grounds is always worth to visit ❤️

Great food and cakes. We had a fantastic day. It was our first time there and we will be back again.

We chose a very busy day (although I think everyday would be very busy!). Some of the wait staff (female) could have been friendlier--I thought perhaps they may have been overwhelmed by the business, but I did make the comment to my friend "I hope they have friendlier wait staff at my son's wedding next year (which is booked for the Grounds).

My kids loved it. It was their first visit and look forward to many more ;)

Above average food, fresh and prompt. Front of house was accommodating, with attentive service. Value for money.
