   The coffee was amazing. I highly recommend trying an experamental or rare bean. It was a real treat. The design and ambiance of the venue is lovely. Would love to see more hearty vegetarian options on the lunch menu, though the heirloom tomato salad was delicious.

   The Grounds Coffee Factory is the best amongst all the other "The Grounds" venues. The atmosphere is great. The food is good. The service is fantastic. The place is spacious. The coffee is great too. We had the Strozzapreti Pasta and Chicken Burger. The pasta tastes delicious and very nice. The Chicken is a bit fried for the burger but overall presentation is okay.

   Great ambience, customer service was much friendlier than other The Grounds units. Love the decor just a bit too noise.

   Nice atmosphere and a favourite spot for instagramers and photo lovers. The breakfast all day smoothie was too sweet. The avocado toast was tasteless and soggy. Luckily the coffee was ok. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience. I’d like to come back if the food quality could be improved.

   This was my third visit to the venue, and it was just as delightful as the first two. This time, I went with some dear friends visiting us from overseas. There were 10 of us, and the staff thoughtfully arranged seating for us in a private room, which made the experience even more pleasant. The overall vibe was amazing, and the waitress who served us was polite and professional. As for the food, the way it was presented on the plates reminded me of dining at classic American diners along Route 101 on the way to San Francisco—it was a nostalgic and charming touch. The overall experience was fantastic, and all my guests had a wonderful time. I do have a couple of suggestions for the venue: 1. It would be helpful to have a display near the entrance or on the menu explaining the free parking arrangement. Guests should verify their rego number on the mini-iPad with the staff. 2. There could be clearer signage indicating that guests with reservations should proceed directly to the entry station, rather than queuing with others who do not have reservations. Otherwise, everything was top-notch.

   Have been numerous times and usually attentive staff and great food. This vist was disappointing with Avocado toast with egg cold and lacking flavour. It had excessive butter and lack of seasoning. It felt like a different restaurant to my previous visits

   It would be perfect if the coffee factory's machines could be turned on. Today, when I went there, the machines were not turned on.

    As first time there amazing, would highly recommend, the coffee omg awesome, its so good to get a good coffee and really enjoy it. Service outstanding, and the food as we had breakfast was amazing.
