We love your Prime Rib that you serve on Sundays. Deelish. I would like some bread or an appetizer that is very light but appealing, stuffed mushrooms?
Waited 20 minutes to see the server and get water. 45 minutes more to place our order and receive our food.
At least the food wasn’t terrible.
We had a great meal at the grizzly before attending a concert next door - the service was excellent and there was a great variety on the menu.
Our waiter for the evening was exceptional. He did not rush us as we were still waiting on a couple of gals to join us. He was able to accommodate 3 extra places as more came then was expected. He had great banter with the ladies and was extremely efficient he was a pleasure for sure-well done on finding great staff.
Our recent dining experience was wonderful making a reservation was easy with open table food was great and service amazing
I've always liked Grizzly. Weird complaint though.....there is something wrong with the electrical. The lights were CONSTANTLY flickering...super annoying and took away from the ambiance.
The waitress was best part of our evening. Food was marginal, lights kept flickering which made us need to move tables, and noise level was very loud.
Great experience, our server was amazing. We will definitely be going back.
Absolutely terrible. Burgers were raw in the middle. No spoon to stir coffee. Will never go here again.
We were so happy with our visit we came back on Sunday. Made our visit to Kingston
Food was delicious, came after some wait but was hot. Saw few tables get servings of bread, we didn’t get an offer. Noise level was high but we had a nice table upstairs by the fire pit.
Food was over priced, over cooked, and cold. would rather go to the keg
We had a party of six. We order prime rib (which came with a huge piece of fat attached to it), the pizzas were cold, the fish was over cooked, and the chicken Parmesan was the only meal that was done right. We got there at 645. Got seated. Waited 35min to get a drink, then got our food at 840pm.
Not a great experience considering our bill was over 300+.
Service was so-so. We were seated quickly and server was pleasant but it took her quite a while to offer us a drink. The food was really slow in coming and was rather salty - although one of our party had the pizza and said it was great. Possibly an off night? It's a good place to take a family. Varied menu.
Although the food and service was bar none, the open table program I used to book my reservation was disappointing. I book the reservation, received confirmation. When we got to the restaurant, they were not aware of my reservation. Then 3 days later I got an email from OpenTable confining about her reservation for that day at 5:30am! I had not been back on the site. You need to work out some bugs!!!
We had a lovely time celebrating Valentine's Day a little early. The Food was amazing and delicious! I love that they locally source their food. Our server was excellent and kept an attentive eye on us within being in the way. The only thing was we made a reservation on line but when we arrived for dinner they clearly did not have us on the reservation list but they recovered quickly and got us a table and made us feel comfortable. Cheers to a job well done.
A VERY qualified yes to recommendation. Food was pretty good. Disappointed to have informed the restaurant that we were celebrating two birthdays, which were not acknowledged by server until she asked if we wanted coffee. Never been to a restaurant that doesn't acknowledge such information. Our booking was at 5pm and we were literally the only people in the restaurant for at least an hour. The food was fine but I would only recommend by commenting on the poor service. Upon leaving, there were three staff at the reception area who ignored by 80 year old parents to help call them a cab. Not cool.
