Food was lovely and live music was fantastic, great ambience and setting. Tables were set nicely and the carvery was well run and good quality Staff were friendly and very pleasant to deal with but not very fast at clearing empty plates Would have been 5 star review but the lift for disabled access is not working properly and we had to wait ages for them to get it working. Staff didn't communicate the issue or make any apology for it. While the wheelchair user in our group took it in good humour it can really put you off going out and made her feel like a burden to the staff

Good food but not outstanding. Menu doesn't change. Young waiter looked after us very well. Might go again if the menu is dsifferent.
