It was fantastic, my husband took me and our wee girl for our Anniversary, food fab staff very friendly and a very nice atmosphere would highly recommend.

We went for my daughter's 10th birthday as it was her choice to try it out (she's a big foody) as she wanted a nice steak. The staff were brilliant and once they heard it was her birthday, they made a real fuss of her, especially James and Quinn (I think). We shared a Chateaubriand between three of us and it was more than enough for our main and the others in our party were well catered for with fish n chips and a few other nice dishes. A great night and hopefully a memorable one for our daughter turning 'double digits.

Literally the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant. I came in one busy Saturday night with a wedding on. Was sat and ordered our food around 30 minutes after our table time which was good. Then had to wait around an hour to receive our main course. No starters just two mains. Had 3/4 different people dealing with us. Wasn't offered any tea/coffee or dessert after our meal. Asked for another drink during my meal which never showed up. Asked for the bill and the card machine then someone else brought the bill over with no card machine and had the cheek to charge me for the drink they never bothered to bring me! Then had a 20 minute wait to deal with the bill before a member of staff became free. It was like once the resteraunt calmed down the staff weren't bother and all vanished! In total we were around an hour and a half to be served three drinks and two steaks. The service was just beyond a joke when your paying for £30+ steaks! Shame because the food was incredible and perfectly cooked!

Booked here for my Dads birthday meal and to experience their Josper charcoal grill on my steak! The Grill room didn't disappoint, from the brill staff to the amazing steak, could not find a fault!
