   So glad we found this restaurant . The steaks were perfect cooked exactly as requested . They insisted I cut open my steak to check my order for a very rare sirloin was as I wanted . The quality of steak could not have been better. The waitress was excellent , attentive without being over the top. We will definitely visit again and have already recommended to friends & family. Noticed that they were moving shortly and will then have a licence .

   always a good meal at the Grill with very friendly & efficient service - and as you can bring your own drink always a good price too

   The food at the grill was amazing, best steak I have eaten in the UK by a mile. Services was good to, Jt as the venue is small one really loud person at a table near yours ruins your meal as we struggled to hear each other across the table. However that loud person won't be there all the time so well worth a visit and defiantly have the steak.

   We found this place on Trip Advisor, and thought we'd try it. Party of six, ages 21 to 65; and we loved it. The only issue was the noise from downstairs which carried up through the open balcony, but it wasn't enough to spoil our evening. Amazing food at incredibly reasonable prices. Don't be put off by the outside; it's a place not to be missed! Fantastic.

   The food was pretty good although I had asked for my steak to be well done and it was still pink in the middle. What really let this place down was the toilet. There was one toilet for both men n women and it was not only very small but in an extremely poor hygienic state. It was enough to put us off the place. We were initially sat downstairs near a constantly opening door, we asked to move upstairs and were moved reluctantly to a table upstairs without a table cloth. It became apparent that the heating was either not switched on or it wasn't working as it was just as cold upstairs. There were 2 waitresses servicing the entire restaurant and this was no easy task as it was on 3 levels and they were running up and down the stairs constantly. There were periods when we had wanted to ask for another drink etc but there was no one to be seen for a long time. Attention to detail needs to be given perhaps this will be sorted once they move to their new location.

   Tried this restaurant after internet search and was not disappointed, excellent food and service, would not recommend to a veggie.......... Restaurant décor a bit shabby but I understand they are in the process of moving so if the new premises is up to scratch I would recommend for special occasions business lunches and romantic nights out. The food and the service cannot be faulted.

   Another wonderful meal! Food excellent as always, looking as good as it eats. All the staff are well mannered and helpful. Chef always comes out and makes sure we are happy with the meal - and we always are! Looking forward to their move to new premises just up the road soon. Next visit is already booked!!    I have never felt the need to write a review on my visit to a restaurant , The Grill in Aylesbury however deserves recognition. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was really soothing, and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful: even when the restaurant became busy. Our waitress' name was 'Rogan', ever so sociable and professional, straight away she made us feel welcome and helped with recommendations, in which were spot on...she knows her stuff ! So if anyone wants a tip - go for the blue cheese sauce and fillet steak ...I am dribbling just thinking of it !!! Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning !

    Was disappointed that due to it being valentines they had a set menu which was over priced for what it was. The steak was cooked good but the size compared to the normal menu was very very disappointing for the menus set price.
