The restaurant was not what I expected the food was great and the service was good.
Good wine at exactly temp
The service was very good. The decor was not what I expected. More of a pub/sport's bar feel. We were there for the Miami Spice specials. the food was good. The individual mini boxes of hand made chocolates as a parting gift, was a nice touch.
Everything seemed very average. I can’t say anything bad about our experience but it was anything spectacular.
Everything was outstanding! I don't have anything bad to say. Our server, Anastasia was amazing, the food really tasty. Would truly recommend this restaurant and their amazing staff! And would definitely go back!
A unique and best culinary experience.
Service, best of most if not all restaurants
Lacking in ambiance but perfect to carry on a conversation
Wonderful dining experience.
We had reservations for 5:30 PM but restaurant doesn’t open till 6:00 PM
Not worth it
beautiful place.. hotel is gorgeous. like being on a mimi vacation. room is lovely. service very nice. food yummy.. Miami spice was great . nice menu.. lovely evening
Very disappointed. The dis was not cooked properly and staff did not offer any option e veto to inform the kitchen and present our $142 bill, plus parking. Not up to standards. Sad but true. Elliot Klein (dined Saturday at 6:45pm)
The service fee was slipped in along with the village tax whatever that is otherwise it was a nice experience
This is an unbelievable find! Small, intimate dining room with attentive but not overbearing service. Great work be list. Great variety in the menu. Ate here three times in one week. Sampled the filet mignon, strip steak, snapper, lamb, short ribs, and chicken (no, not just me-we brought friends!). Every single entree cooked perfectly, flavorful, served appropriately garnished, hot and fresh. Tried three sides-carrots ok, broccolini-good, mashed potatoes heavenly! We recommended it to others at the resort and all who tried it loved it! We will be back!
A little expensive
A small and without view site & locaction
The food at BH was delicious. Most notable was the service—our server Angel was spectacular, a true professional. His service and care felt like he was inviting us into his own home! That made up for the very lacklustre ambiance of the space. Relegated to a ‘back room’with no windows, BH Burger served fabulous pricey food in a less than fabulous venue. Angel carries the whole experience.
Staff very welcoming and amazing cheeseburgers!
All we needed...
Unfortunately this restaurant has average (at best) food for insane prices. The menu is very limited. I would not recommend it.
There were too many small children and too much noise. The staff was pleasant but inattentive. The price was way to high for the experience and the food was below average.
This burger bar has good burgers but we had the steak and fish. I had the steak, you can eat low carb there too. I had a 24 ounce porterhouse steak and vegetables and the service is really good I’m going back soon
We were super excited to try this restaurant but were totally let down upon arrival. This restaurant is an after thought for the hotel and it’s positioned all the way in the back in a very small space. Weird atmosphere, $15 valet to eat a $23 burger, and pretty poor customer service. People, this is a 5 star report and there wasn’t a host so we weren’t even greeted upon arrival. In fact, we didn’t even eat the food because no one sat us down. Kinda disappointed overall but hey we tried. At least someone had the intelligence to still give me my points for trying to eat here? I did drive 30 minutes each way so I guess it’s fair?
Will not come back, too many other places to overcharge us that at least pretend they are happy we came.
When are you getting the tuna burger back . That’s what I came for so I didn’t eat
Service was friendly but inconsistent. Food was ok but not of the quality you would expect for the high prices. My husband's steak and my prawn appetizer which I ordered as my meal were both over-cooked. We left disappointed in what we got for $325 at a Burger Bar for 2 adults a child and a teenager.
We had a confirmed reservation and when we got there they were closed for construction.
Everything was good minus the wait for the food. It took over an hour when it wasn’t that busy.
Unfortunately we did not have the greatest experience. Waited a while for our order even though it was empty.
The sides were very good but the filet was over cooked. The quality of the meat was good but asked for medium well and got well done - no pink. The $23 burger wasn’t all that great. (Took an order of onion rings to go and they were borderline burnt)
The food was delicious, more expensive than what I thought but that’s what you get when you dine in a hotel, especially the St. Regis.
Very poor service, especially for price. Took well over an hour to get a $15 kids hot dog. Restaurant personnel seemingly did not care.
Service was so slow! Disgracefully and embarrassingly slow! I brought friends here...who doesn't want to eat great burgers in a beautiful hotel? It's not the same as it once was...not the food and certainly not the service! There were only 2 people working the front of the restaurant and only 4 tables of customers when we walked in. We were not greeted and had to seat ourselves. It was 20 minutes before someone came over with menus (which we had to ask for). Another 20 minutes for drink orders and several minutes before receiving them...which many of them were wrong and no apologies made. Burgers were better than fast food, but nothing like when they first opened...definitely not worth the price charged. Really wanted to love it again.
Great meal. Great service and food was great!
So upsetting we came here a few times food ok prices high but kids liked it and they had a tuna burger on menu... last time we came party of 6 ordered 4 tuna burgers were supposed to be med-rare after all its being served as a burger they come out cold I mean not cooked at all just 4 raw tuna it was horrible we had to send all 4 burgers back ... I was sick over the next day ... I just don’t get it the place is not that busy the food takes a long time to be prepared and then this happens ? The portions on all the sides are tiny at least you could hope it would be good service and timing ... so sad
Server left the restaurant for 25 minutes. Still was charged 18% gratuity. Would not recommend or go back.
A great place for a Burger and catching a game, good quality food.
Fabulous food and even better service. Come here every time we are in Bal Harbour. Never disappoints.
Comfortable, easy. Loved the veggie burger and well-done French fries. Are outdoors and the area was quiet and scenic.
The service is very slow. Once we knew who our server was, he was great but a problem at a neighboring table delayed him from coming to us at all for about 15-20 minutes. We didn't have the burgers only the wings and they were delicious- you just have to be really really patient.
Overall we had a good experience. Food & Service was overall great. Only minus we waited 5 minutes to be greeted a the door and 10 minutes before our server came to the table
Burgers were over cooked and over priced. Even for Miami
The burgers were ok, nothing to write home about. The fries were mushy and greasy. Service was slow and the restaurant was nearly empty. Disappointing experience.
Great dining and ambience . Buffalo wings are great
