The Grill at Pinnacle Hills
Love the atmosphere of both the Grill and Patio! The food is delicious (the Paleo Salmon was plate licking good)! Our waiter provided excellent service. I'd highly recommend dining here!
Food was terrible. Only plus is outdoor play area for kids and mimosas.
We had a reservation on a concert night and understand when restaurants are challenged. However, our entire experience was lack luster. It took over 30 minutes to get a cocktail & when it came, it was wrong. The server “fixed” it with another wrong cocktail. It took over an hour and a half to get our food and when it came it was cold and the quality was sub par. I have wanted to like this restaurant, but it keeps letting me down.
Really disappointed in brunch. We eat here all the time for dinner and the food is great! Brunch we had multiple issues though - kids meal chicken was very over cooked and so dry it wasn’t edible (they did take it off the bill) but my Huevos Rancheros was flavorless as well. The “chorizo” tasted like over cooked ground beef (no spice to it and dry), and the “salsa” was some seasoned tomatoes, and not nearly enough of them. Served on an over cooked tostado that was very hard to break up. I ordered over easy eggs on it and got over hard. All in all just not great food coming out of the kitchen at brunch.
Had a great time. Great food.
Great food, ACE staff, and a fun vibe. I will definitely stop there again when I’m back in the area for business.
Great place overall. Solid food and staff. Went before a concert at The Amp. Perfect location. Will be my go to place pre concert.
Slow service, over cooked chicken
First experience here was for my birthday dinner celebration. We had a nicely secluded area that was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the complete set up!
Second experience was a dinner catch-up with my friend!
The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing! W
I will continue to come to The Grill when I want dinner with a friend or a group of friends :)
Never got everything promised for mimosa deal. The items we did get weren't done properly. They didn't plan for enough people despite us making a reservation... for 3.... the food was cold despite waiting almost 45 minutes for a couple Benedict's. We were given a cinnamon roll for our inconvenience but no other explanation of why it took so long or that the food was cold. The only good thing was the servers ability to apologize
Food was average, not bad. Just average. If I can cook it at home - why go out. Service good. Restaurant designed well. Just OK.
Food was good, not great. The cauliflower appetizer however was very good. I had the pork chop and it was tasty but a bit dry. Again, pretty good but not great. My dining companion had the tri-tip and enchilada and she said it was good but not as good as she hoped.
The service was friendly but VERY slow... the manager did comp our entire meal (excluding wine) and even gave us another glass of wine on the house. Was impressed with the level of concern and customer service exhibited by management.
I will go back and give it another try.. I really wanted this to be really good so maybe next visit will be better.
Great Salmon dinner and quiet space inside.
We went during happy hour on a Monday, and it was pretty quiet. Service was fast and the food was very impressive. I think I had low expectations at first, but everything was so good that we even ordered extra to go.
Get the Cauliflower from the appetizer menu. It’s a very unique dish that I wouldn’t have expected to go well together, but really surprised me.
The happy hour here never disappoints. It features a wide variety of shared plates and several unique cocktails along with wine and well drink specials. We were served by the bartender primarily as the waitress assigned to our table was often nowhere to be found and aloof when we did see her. The bartender was friendly and attentive, which slightly made up for the service we lacked from the waitress. Will definitely keep on the happy hour rotation!
The menu had completely changed since the last time we had been there. The food was still good but just very higher priced than before & not very great appetizers to choose from.
We will feted why they were the only place in town with reservations available. Service was so bad-not sure if not enough staff or inexperienced or both. Will never go back. Has great potential with location but terrible service. Expensive drinks but no taste. Food just ok when you finally get. What a waste of time.
We arrived for a party of six advising the hostess that we would only have five people. We were seated quickly but that's where the challenges started. We waited at least 8 minutes and had to approach a server and ask for our server. Drinks were slow to arrive and the meal even slower. We've eaten and The Grill at Pinnacle several times and service always seems to be the pain point.
Excellent service, great food! Thanks for making our evening perfect. We will be back!
For the price, the food was fair at best. Not bad food, probably close to a Chili’s but twice the price. Might be a good lunch place or spot for drinks after work.
We love PBG, our server knows what we have ordered before both food and drink. Great experience
Good food and service. We really liked the Mimosa table service!
Was a super busy night but the service was great and the food was very good. It’s very good place for a nice evening out.
Ambiance was excellent! We had a great server who was attentive and when we had beer pairing questions, brought the bar tender over to make sure we were accommodated. Food was exceptional. Had the sous vide pork chop and it did not disappoint! Had the chicken nachos as an appetizer and it was also delicious. Cocktails were refreshing and they had a decent amount of local beers on tap. We will definitely be back!
New Year’s Eve was great with family and friends!
