   We are very disappointed in our Mother's Day experience. The Italian dish was cold. The salads were limp. The omelette had such chewy bacon that it was uneditable . The dessert pastries were dry and crumbly. If you wanna waste your money.If you wanna have the worst food you've ever had. If you wanna ruin your Mother's Day celebration, Go here.

   My first interface with the Hacienda staff was not a good one, mandatory valet parking due to the fact they corded off 75% of the restaurants parking lot for valet is ridiculous followed by my second disappointment, mandatory tips of 22% was a surprise at the restaurant of which was not socialized on the pre-registration and overcharged for a buffet! It is disappointing to have a facility with the history of Hacienda taking advantage of people! This business model will not last long in a small town like Tucson, we do not have the demographics that will support this. Take down your mandatory valet and do not direct your staff to tell patrons of your place of business that it is a company policy to have the keys of the cars parked in the valet corded off area, frankly that is illegal and you should consult an attorney prior to making these decisions, one that may find you in court explaining to a judge why you have modified the law for business parking capacities! Because of the aforementioned two items my family will never be eating there again and I have nothing good to say about spending over $400 for three people to eat a brunch and pay gratuities to a server for a buffet style food arrangement!

   We had a yummy Mothers Day buffet. Our server was very attentive and we were seated right away after arriving 15 min early. This was our second year for me and my daughter coming to this brunch. We will definitely return next year as well. Love the variety of what’s offered at the buffet.

   Did not enjoy this. This was very expensive, but yet the way it was handled made you feel like you were eating at a cheap diner where they have diners who ‘dine and dash’. Having to pay almost $700 for 5 people… before we were seated was shocking. Also… no included mimosa. And having to give your credit card to waiter prior to getting a drink, seemed cheap…. Then the waiter lost our credit card… another diner found it on the floor. Service wasn’t great. Took absolutely ages to get drinks and also to get replacement fork. I will not return for another Mother’s Day brunch ever. The entire thing should have been a luxury experience, but they made it feel cheap.

   The food was very good, although not exquisitely outstanding and at $105 per person was very steep, IMHO. The view is wonderful, but the trip to the food was through a very narrow and busy corridor which was not easy to navigate with full plates of food. Overall, I'd do it again (in fact, this is our second buffet), but it would be difficult to say that this was an outstanding Mother's Day treat.

   It was an excellent night! Our family enjoyed a very tasteful dinner while in Tucson. Service was impeccable, Angelo was excellent - food tasty, and the drinks just hit the right spot. We will be back!

   We had reservations to celebrate our anniversary. We are near 80 years old and this is a brunch we have enjoyed for years. The site implied that there would be the usual brunch and a Mexican option. Only the alternative was on site. They tried to seat us at a four top on the patio. It was drizzling. I couldn’t get on the chairs so they moved us to another patio seat. We waited 15 minutes and were never acknowledged with water or service. My husband notified the staff of this and they moved us inside to a nice table. The server was a delight and the rest of the meal was good. But we will have to go back for the usual. The mariachi music was a special treat.

   The food and service was great. The problem for me was that I chose this venue over Ventana Canyon because the advertised price per person was $50./$14 less than Ventana. Nobody told me it was a “special” brunch (Cinco de Mayo) and that the price per person was $75. I was treating a friend for her retirement, so obviously could not back out once we were there. Overall, it is a beautiful place with great food and service, but disappointed with the change in price without notification.

    Food and service was exceptional! It was our first time there and we reserved a table in Grill Room. Ambiance was a bit quiet. We will definitely go back, but the next time we will reserve in Terrazzo Room, which has better ambience.
