   It was fantastic. Excellent food and very good service. Only suggestion was the bread attendant stated she would return to our table but never did. Also, we forgot about bringing our left over entree home but again, apparently the same attendant forgot it too. These are not major mishaps but I wanted to draw attention to the several areas the attendant could improve. Overall, the night was lovely and we were shocked to find out a person, seated next to us, after visiting with her for a short conversation. Paid for our meals. This gesture by her was totally a big surprise as she deserves praise from us for being so generous. Come to find out, she is a cardiologist by profession and travels to Tucson from Miami FLORIDA ABOUT ONCE A MONTH to serve the Cardiologist Department at Banner Hospital. Again, our special thank you to her as she picked up our bill. We thank her and appreciate her thoughtfulness. I am still in shock. Our waiter was super and attentive! As I said, we had a lovely time and certainly will return. A night to remember thanks to everyone involved. Jim & Johnny Thanks!!!

   We love this restaurant and we asked for our favorite table by the bay window facing the Catalina mountains. We witnessed a marriage proposal and the table behind us was a wedding celebration and this was our first dinner as a married couple. Thank you for the delicious food, ambiance and service! We will be back.

   The entire experience was outstanding! From the time we checked in for our reservation to the time we left. Brunch was amazing. The food choices were great. Beautiful views. Nice and quiet so you could enjoy it all! Look forward to going again!

   Beautiful setting and a first class meal. Wine list was exceptional. Service was outstanding for Tucson, but perhaps not big city fine dining level.

   Such an amazing place! Our waiter Jesus was informative, attentive and kind. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend!!

   We specifically requested a special table for our son’s celebration dinner of his graduation from UofA Eller College - and we were put in a corner by the service wall away from the window. We asked about the window by the table for 4 and were told it was reserved (set for 3) - which sat empty until approx 7:30 (our reservation was 5:15). We could have been easily done by then but service slipped timewise - very long wait between end of meal and dessert and again coffee. Disappointing that we had experienced less than anticipated. But food was lovely. Music was lovely. Beautiful sunset.

   Superb as usual. We dine a couple of times each year and are never disappointed. One minor peeve, love Kate Hepburn, but her brownie recipe is so-so. Bring back the signature after-dinner chili truffle, please!!!

   We had breakfast at the Grill during our stay. Our server, Justin, made great suggestions and easily fulfilled our request for a view setting. The coffee kept coming and the food was on point too. We had the American breakfast and Breakfast Burrito. The food on both was hot, well presented and plentiful. Really comfortable seating too. Beautiful views all around

   We are very disappointed in our Mother's Day experience. The Italian dish was cold. The salads were limp. The omelette had such chewy bacon that it was uneditable . The dessert pastries were dry and crumbly. If you wanna waste your money.If you wanna have the worst food you've ever had. If you wanna ruin your Mother's Day celebration, Go here.

    My first interface with the Hacienda staff was not a good one, mandatory valet parking due to the fact they corded off 75% of the restaurants parking lot for valet is ridiculous followed by my second disappointment, mandatory tips of 22% was a surprise at the restaurant of which was not socialized on the pre-registration and overcharged for a buffet! It is disappointing to have a facility with the history of Hacienda taking advantage of people! This business model will not last long in a small town like Tucson, we do not have the demographics that will support this. Take down your mandatory valet and do not direct your staff to tell patrons of your place of business that it is a company policy to have the keys of the cars parked in the valet corded off area, frankly that is illegal and you should consult an attorney prior to making these decisions, one that may find you in court explaining to a judge why you have modified the law for business parking capacities! Because of the aforementioned two items my family will never be eating there again and I have nothing good to say about spending over $400 for three people to eat a brunch and pay gratuities to a server for a buffet style food arrangement!
