We came here to celebrate my birthday. I love the new MAD district and had been dying to eat here. The food and wine was all amazing. Only downside was our waitress was not attentive at all. When bringing us the check she claimed she had so many tables and she was sorry for the absence, however there were less than 10 full tables with at least 4 servers. We watched her walking in and out of the kitchen, forgetting our drinks at the bar several times. It also took 15 minutes for her to bring us a glass of water. But we weren’t in any hurry and it was my birthday so I didn’t really mind - however, it will affect how often we return.

I treated a friend from Little Rock who was going to be in El Dorado last Friday. We really enjoyed it! She was really impressed with all the things going on in El Dorado now!

Food was not cooked to order. Bland tasting food. Over priced for what you get. Hardly saw our waiter. Complained about our food not being right, and nothing was done. Had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Maybe in the future it will be better?

The food and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the terrible service that accompanied it. Our server acted as if she had never worked or even dined in a nice restaurant environment. She was not knowledgeable of the menu, she spoke poorly of other employees, and she would disappear for long periods of time. We ordered drinks immediately upon being seated. We ordered our food approximately 30 minutes later. Our food arrived before our drinks. We asked to get our checks which took another 30 minutes. When they came, everything was wrong. We asked to see a manager but no one ever came. We finally paid for the overcharged tab just so we could put an end to the miserable experience.

We enjoyed the opportunity to visit the Griffin. It was quiet when we arrived, but it was also late when we got there. Our reservation was at 9:15. We had a cocktail that was well prepared and the particular one I ordeeed was served in a mason jar. I ordered the filets served on a grilled green tomato with two different sauces and was well pleased. Tender and tasty. My wife ordered a vegetarian dish made with a portabello mushroom with vegetable and cheese. I tasted it and it was great however my wife finished it all so I didn’t get any more. We didn’t get desert because it was late and we were full but they looked interesting and were offered. The place was clean, service was great, and the value was good. We will be back.

I would of given all 5 stars had the food been served in larger portions. A friend of mine a table over ordered the exact same entree as I did and he received almost double the portions I received on my plate. His filet medallions were much bigger than mine along with his sides. I always have to take a to go box anytime I go to dinner. This evening I did not which is not the usual. Everyone at our table noticed how small my portions were on my plate.

Our brunch was great for our table of 8 for Mother's Day! When you have a 15 year old asking to come back every Sunday, you’re saying something! Not only was his remarks about the good food, but he made the comment that the chefs were really friendly to him. Everyone at the table loved the food. I have already recommended The Griffin Brunch to a few people that will be there next Sunday. Including us!
Also, enjoyed the entertainment.

Loved the cuisines with all the right seasonings. The only major drawback I encountered along with my party was that there were too many tables in the area and constantly having problems moving around. I am disabled and that was a major issue for me of inconvenience. If I wld hv been using my wheelchair, I would hv left establishment immediately. Not sure if there was an issue of overbooking but this needs to be corrected immediately.

This was our first visit and we were thoroughly pleased. The Mother's Day Brunch was fabulous! All six of us enjoyed the buffet, especially the omelette station. Tables were a little close for buffet navigation and our server could have been a little more friendly/informative. All in all we enjoyed the food and our time together. We will definitely go back.

The lay out of the Sunday buffet was so much improved since I was there Mother’s Day.

Andrew was our waiter and he is so endearing and has gotten to be one of the best wait staff , as well as, Ashley.

Did not have the same positive experience the night before in the VIP lounge.

It was the food and wine week end as well as Cinco de Mayo. Margarita’s were advertised as a celebration to Cinco De Mayo. There was no more tequila by 7:00 pm and it took over 30 minutes to get a glass of wine because there was no corkscrew.

Ashley was trying to serve our table and was told that she was not allowed to have favoritism 🤦‍♀️

We has a great time at brunch! For a $14 brunch there was a ton to choose from! High class food and I was surprised it was so inexpensive! However the drinks were pretty pricey.
it was all very very very delicious!

Sunday brunch was fabulous! The food tasted wonderful and there were more than enough options for everyone to enjoy. We met friends and were able to enjoy fun conversation over good food and bottomless mimosas. The mimosas truly are bottomless, they don't look at you in judgement when you order 5 or 6, we didn't feel rushed and everyone was SO NICE and welcoming. This is the kind of brunch I always look forward to while on vacation and it is so wonderful to now have it at home! The price for the brunch buffet and bottomless mimosas are a great value as well. This is going to be a regular thing for my crew!

The food offered lacked flavor and was cold. We ate there for brunch and it was their interpretation of a buffet style. We tried a little bit of everything and each member of my party all felt the same about the quality of the food. I personally did not finish most of the food items that I selected. This is the third time I have eaten at the Griffin and I have yet to have a good meal.

The band was great! The service, not so much. Sat at our table for 20 minutes and had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Not one time during the night did a waitress stop and ask if we needed anything. Very disappointing for such a great venue.

Had 6:45 dinner reservation before 8:00 concert and was worried when we arrived that we would be pressed for time as the restaurant was full, but were pleasantly surprised that the service was great, food was wonderful. Huge wine list. Had plenty of time before show. Can't emphasize enough how good the food was.

While the food was exceptionally delicious, the service was terrible. Our waitress was not very attentive at all. We waited for almost 25 minutes before she came to our table and took our order. It took about 20 minutes before we got our 2 glasses of water with lemons, which she dropped the lemons on the way to our table. Another 15 minutes to get the sliced lemons. She did not check on us whether we needed anything, nor if the food was good. We have to look for, and wave at her for our forgotten crostini, that was supposed to come with our food order. The crostini did not get to our table for another 15 minutes. When we asked for our check, and a to go box, she did not even delivered them to us. It was another lady who gave us our
to go box, and the check slip to be signed, without a pen. In addition, the hostess called my cellphone while we were waiting for our food to find out if we were coming to our reservation. For the type of this restaurant, and the price we paid for these food, we felt like the service should be as exceptionally well as the food. We were really disappointed.
