   The food was outstanding. The moment we walked in , to the moment we left the hospitality was outstanding. Once this madness is over we will be back again and again

   We ate at the Greyhound on Saturday as my birthday treat. Was pleasantly surprised with a card on the table signed by the staff. All our food was delicious and portions were huge. Staff were welcoming and friendly and made every effort to make it a special evening for us.

   The greyhound is a warm and inviting family pub with what I would describe as exceptional quality of food. Fantastic to have a local pub of this quality on our doorstep. The staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We have eaten here a number of times and each time the food and service was superb! I would love to keep it a secret about how good it is but that would just be selfish of me!!! 😉 Recommend 100%

   Glad to finally be back in the restaurant. Fire was lit as we walked in, food was spot on. Highly recommend the steaks, my ribeye was like butter 👌🏻

   Food was excellent, nice ambience in the restaurant despite it being quiet. Quirky and attentive service from Alastair. We will definitely be back!

   Very attentive service & very good food, albeit pricy, especially compared to other McMullens pubs, however in fairness the menu is not like other other McMullen pubs. Overall very nice for a quiet weeknight out, and I have recommended The Greyhound to friends, just bring a full wallet!!

    Very nice meal The Fruit de mer was lovely. The mussels and clams in white sauce was brilliant. Just remember to ask for the nutcrackers to do the claws of the lobster.
