Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 24/25 AA Restaurant of the Year (England).
Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal.
The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.
The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. Vegans, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements receive an equally special dining experience.
The Greyhound also has a diverse wine list, which won an AA Notable Wine List Award. As well as the wine list developed by Margriet, who is certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers, there is also a wide range of international beers.

We had a lovely tasting menu experience. It wasn't just about the food. All the staff were charming and knowledgeable. We will definitely return.

Booking by booking, I’m taking my family and friends to this Mecca of excellence. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, the service immaculate and the food exquisite. I cannot praise it enough, thank you Greyhound for a wonderful experience. Sharron Phillips.

Very special, Took an old friend (Canadian) whom. I trained with ( 1972”!) - who was made very welcome. Dan gave her a tour of the entire restaurant inside and out . Very impressed

A fantastic tasting menu enjoyed in the attractive garden dining area. The staff are always welcoming and charming, and the kitchen worked well to adapt to needs of a gluten free and one diabetic in the group.
