Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 24/25 AA Restaurant of the Year (England).
Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal.
The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.
The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. Vegans, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements receive an equally special dining experience.
The Greyhound also has a diverse wine list, which won an AA Notable Wine List Award. As well as the wine list developed by Margriet, who is certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers, there is also a wide range of international beers.

A wonderful experience. The food was delicious and so were the wines which accompanied the taster menu. Staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Afterwards we were given a tour of the kitchen and vegetable garden and given a goody bag with biscuits to take home. Would strongly recommend for a special occasion.

Unreal time. Spectacular food, fantastic hospitality. We even got a tour of the vegetable garden and the kitchen. Waiting staff know their stuff - they couldn’t have done any more for us.

We should go to the Greyhound more often, it’s a stellar experience with superbly executed food delivered by staff that are immaculately trained. The Chefs treats, amuse bouche delicate I’m between course treats and the home made bread just make it all the more special. The lunch menu was decent value too!!! We love this place.

Recommended to the Greyhound beaconsfield, and friends in Marlow told my that the greyhound had a very good vegetarian menu, this is so true, my partner always struggled to find great vegetarian options. We had the tasting menu, it was superb all the dishes were brilliant and beautiful to look at and eat the service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble after our meal we were treated to a guided tour of the restaurant and gardens. The owner was engaging and interested in our feedback, The menu is fantastic and is credit the the chef, I will be returning to have the wood pigeon i absolutely Recommend the greyhound 5 stars all day long very surprised that they don't have at least 1 michelin star! I'm convinced it will not be long.

My mother's throughly enjoyed her birthday lunch especially the little touches such as the birthday card. It was perfect for a special treat the wait staff went to so much effort.

The Greyhound dining experience was outstanding in every aspect . Head chef Graham and his team create innovative dishes - many using seasonal ingredients from the kitchen garden with some special additional amuse bouche . Margarite the owner is very visible and welcoming - and kindly gave us a tour of the property and explained the culture and ideals of the business - these guys are serious hosts who pay attention to every detail Suzanne and Rohit offered exceptional well informed service and added to the feeling we had of being really valued by the whole team If you get the chance please go - a Michelin star would not be out of place here - but until then enjoy unfussy fresh exciting dishes at sensible prices

My favourite restaurant of all time continues to impress. The food is very, very good (Michelin star level in my view) and the ambience an absolute delight but it is the incredible level of service which sets this place apart. The perfect balance between warm, happy and caring attentiveness and non-intrusive efficiency, together with unparalleled attention to detail, is something to behold. Amazing!
