Really rude staff. They had apparently overbooked their premises and bumped out my reservation to facilitate a larger group. They proceeded to blame the third party booking facility for the 'error' All of this might be excusable but the aggressive and really rude outbursts of the staff particularly the person who appeared to be the manager were unacceptable. Anyone can make a mistake, but be man enough to explain what is going on guys, take some responsibility for the booking facilities that you use (when it suits you!!) and show some respect for the customer please. I wish I could give the restaurant a full review...but I didn't get in the door !

Nice and tasty food, good service. A little noisy with the a large group next to us. A little local gem in Donnybrook.
