Had to wait 20 minutes for our “reservation”. The restaurant should not offer reservations if there not going to be honored.

I have been to this Greene Turtle numerous times and on this special occasion we had the worst service ever. For our party of 6 adults and 2 children, our apps came out for a few people prior to the main meal. The other half of our party received our apps WITH our main meal. As a result, our food got cold since we couldn't possibly eat it all at once. The server rarely came back to check on us. This was a birthday celebration and it really put a downer on the entire experience. I will NOT go back here for quite some time. There are plenty of other dining options with good service.

Service was not great. Dirty dishes sat on table almost the whole meal. Had to ask for beverage refills, did not anticipate our needs. Soup was not hot. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap that was almost covered in butter around the outside; which I was not expecting for a healthier meal option.

There was an accident outside of the resteraunt across the st so the power went out and we had to leave.

They don’t accept reservations on Sundays so the reservation I made on open table, didn’t count. They don’t honor reservations, ridiculous

There wasn’t hardly anyone in the restaurant due to COVID. It took a long time for our food, and our server said it was due to the high demand for take-out. Even so, the food was fair. I can definitely find better places to eat for the price. Even Applebee’s is worth it. I will not go back.

Soup cane out Luke warm. Drinks took a while to get. Silverware, napkins, and plates for apps only cane after requesting. Staff was very nice though.
