Located in the village of Eversholt, 5 minutes from Woburn lies The Green Man Eversholt. Overlooking the Church and Cricket Green, it is a family run Freehouse pub & restaurant with 9 wines by the glass as well as 3 real ales together with a menu which prides itself on freshly cooked traditional meals. A separate restaurant as well as tables in the bar allows you to enjoy the atmostphere with log fires in the winter and a large patio in the summer makes The Green Man Eversholt perfect for any occasion.

Our menus change seasonally and are created using fresh produce at The Green Man, so please be patient during busy times. On our menus you will find baguettes, jacket potatoes, starters, platters and main meals, although remember to check out our specials board on arrival. On sundays we offer the full menu plus the Roast of the day. Typically Roast beef with all the delicious trimmings is £12.95 although this is subject to change.

We booked ahead on a October Wednesday lunch time but it turned out to be a quiet day. An ideal lunch stop half way round a walk to see the Woburn Deer Park rutting. The two course lunch menu was good value and desserts were rustled up even though they had run out of the standard items.

Eaten here several times, nice menu and food, friendly place and great location but on this occasion service was very slow (despite not being busy)...

Spring rolls and Camembert starters were good. Lamb hotpot and fish cake mains were good although the fish cake didn't need chips however the steaks were disappaoaianting, we were unsure that they were rib eye and they were thin so cooking medium rare was not accurate and the potato wedges were extremely over cook and this was an expensive main dish. Sticky toffee pudding and brownie were good. The waiters were attentive

Had a meal for four on a quiet Tuesday evening. The food was excellent and the service just right. The vegetarian option for one of our party was a revelation being both unique and freshly prepared and cooked. All meals were excellent. We will definitely dine here again.

We had some friends visit and decided to go out for the evening. We made a reservation in the morning for that evening, for four people It was a nice relaxing atmosphere in the bar. We ordered our meals, the restaurant area was very quite. The food was excellent, as was the service. I cannot understand why the restaurant was so quite. We all had a lovely evening and look forward to returning.

The sort of village pub you thought long gone. Separate dining area is also available. Good food, cooked well and well presented. Friendly service. Guest Beers when we went. Range of food to suit everyone.Classic to more "modern". Can get - deservedly busy, so book to be sure.

Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere in the garden but food came swimming in oil or butter which was a shame. Possibly new chef as food had previously been excellent.

Having read good reviews of the Green Man we were happy to find it lived up to expectations. It was informal and friendly but not intrusively so. The staff were busy but we didn't feel rushed. The food was delicious and we would definitely eat here again.
