We visited The Great Hall for an Easter Afternoon Tea and the experience was amazing - from the music to the food to the service! Everything was perfect and I highly recommend them.

Really?? Way overpriced and no value. They even put a 20% gratuity on for themselves although their website stated 18%. I think next time we seek out another venue that believes in value, not lame tiers and overpriced tea.

Had a great time. Will definitely look for similar experiences. Made sweet memories with my granddaughter having tea at the Great Hall. Especially liked the areas set up for pictures.

Lovely concept of a themed afternoon tea. The ambiance was great. The tea was spectacular. The presentation was terrific. The service was stupendous. The food, however, was a little lackluster for the price.

Loved it. Will be back for sure! Lovely tea with Alice and Wonderland theme! My only complaint is the scones should have been warm.
