   Very family friendly restaurant, which is why the noise level is high. Restaurant had a lot of flies - there was nothing the staff could do as the patio doors were left open. The food was good, no bells and whistles but pricey. Service was attentive and quick.

    We made reservations for 6pm. When ordering, we were told they were out of spaghetti. Dinner time didn’t even start, so how can you already be iut? Very disappointing considering it was only 6pm.

    great experience for group of 10. Steaks were good (not great), as was korean rib dish. Pizzas, as usual, were outstanding. Love love love panna cotta!

    We went for Father's day brunch and everything was fantastic!! We had the eggs benny with salmon, one with peameal bacon and zucchini pancakes. The pancakes were off the charts. I wish there was more! We also got 1/2 price prosecco because it was a special for sundays. Loved it and will be going back again, again and again!! Our new favourite thing to do on sundays!!

    The egg benedict was delicious! We had better croissants in the city but my son ate the whole thing ! Also zucchini pancakes were an interesting mix of flavours. Our server was very polite and accomodating. The only complaint is that the dried carrots on top of the carrot cake, tasted a bit like onion which did not go well with the cake. Otherwise, great experience

    The experience we had was nice at first, the food and drinks were good I can’t complain. Though the service is what threw my experience off a bit. When my date and I first got to the restaurant the service was good and our waitress kept checking up on us. It was all good up until we finished our appetizer. After our appetizer we were forgotten, there was a couple who sat beside us who came later than us got their food and drinks and the bill and left the restaurant before our main meals. Even after they left the restaurant we were still waiting for our food. We were probably waiting about an hour maybe even longer. Though they did compensate us at the end and took care of the pizza we ordered, I don’t think we should’ve been waiting that long.

    We had a reservation at 2 PM. We got there early and they were able to set us right away. It was a small menu because it was a Saturday brunch. We chose a salad that funghi pesto pizza and Panna cotta and carrot cake for dessert. Everything was really good. You could tell that everything was freshly made. They had interesting cocktails which we enjoyed. Towards the end it got much busier and we were seated near an external door which couldn’t be propped so it didn’t keep banging into our seats. But that was at the end and overall we had a nice time and we would go back.

    So happy we finally made it here. Have been seeing this spot all over instagram for the longest time and we have been wanting to try it ! The brunch was soooo yummy. We both got the eggs benedict and the margarita pizza. The eggs bennie- so many delicious flavors in one dish. The wedge fries and the salad - so perfectly salted and marinated paired with some smoked salmon & poached eggs. You just can’t go wrong. The margarita pizza was great as well but at this point it was food overload lol. Would definitely come back- zuchinni pancakes are still on my list !!! P.S : the interior decor is so cool and antique looking. Very different and unique!

    Too loud and crammed together! Don’t go here if you want to have a conversation. Service was excellent, food very good! Just did not like the ambiance. More of a bar type setting.

    This place is GREAT! Cozy ambience for a date, or for the whole family. Excellent food. I had the steak frites-wow! Great cocktails and wine list. The menu isn’t huge, but whatever is on there, is made to perfection. Gluten free options as well! Perhaps offering a GF pizza option would be good too, but overall amazing dining experience!

    Another wonderful meal at The Good Son. I love the ambience and feeling when you walk into this restaurant. Its a perfect place to meet up with friends and family. And I am a big fan of their pizza's.

    I dined at the Good Son with 5 family members and we all had an incredible experience! We had a reservation and we’re seated promptly. The server was kind and took great care of us! We ordered 3 appetizers and 4 pizzas. We all loved the food! The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful, unique and calming inside. The outdoor patio was busy too. We would definitely go back!!

    Our server Bella was the best. She had a great knowledge of the menu and was wonderful with recommending dishes based on our tastes. Food was amazing as expected! I will definitely come back to try other food

    Food is always amazing! Our server was pretty good but towards the end when it was time to pay the bill, she was no where to be found so we were waiting quite a while and the restaurant wasn’t busy either.

    This is an excellent restaurant with wood oven pizza as it's specialty. This steak frites was a perfect medium as requested and each french fry was crispy. Not one bad fry in the lot. The ambiance was quaint and quiet as the evening started. In evitably, the noise level increased with the patrons. It was a short visit, but a good time. The food is heavenly, but a tad pricy. As such, 4 stars for value. Will I be back? Almost certainly.

    Fabulous pizza , sat on the patio which is sheltered and not as noisy as inside. Can’t sit inside with parents as it’s very noisy for elder folk .

    The pizza is particularly good - falls into the top five of all my favourite pizza places. Other than that, every dish ordered was delicious - not one was below par at all. The carrot cake takes first place as the best carrot cake ever eaten anywhere. The service was friendly, professional, and well-timed. Overall, a very pleasant and positive experience.

    Overall good experience. Service was great and food was good. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the noise level. We had to shout to hear each other and that to me is not ideal.
