   Went for Sunday lunch with 2 children. The food wasn’t very warm, chicken was dry, gravy was strange. The children’s portions are as big as the adult ones. The service was great though and food came out quickly.

   Table was booked for 8.15, but wasn't ready when we arrived on time. Waitress said she would come and get us in bar, when ready. We waited about 25 minutes, know one came to tell us the table was ready. My husband asked and table was ready. Food was good, not too long to wait. We had a nice evening overall.

   I was slightly disappointed as I have been before and the food was great! Today the roasts looked great but I believe they may have been made and then reheated as it came w it him 5 minutes and a lot of it was hard. Drinks atmosphere and desert was good however.

   Scallops were cooked lovely except had been cooked on steak grill so tasted like steak This would have been bad for anyone with seafood allergy Sweet sorbet should have had cookie. Cocktail not very strong Don't seem to understand food allergies

   The Golden Heart was conveniently situated for us as we had a 90 year old relative with us. Good quality food and service. Nice ambiance.

   Good food and service, there was an issue with our booking ( no table had been reserved despite a reservation email being confirmed to me) but they quickly found us a table and we were well looked after from there. Menu choices were good and almost all were available. Been here many times and it never disappoints.

   The meal was fine but when we got there we were not booked in. Fortunately, they had space but there was no record of my booking through Open Table. So something is wrong with the system either at your end or at the Golden Heart.

   The service was excellent. We did not have to wait long for our meal. The food was to a very high standard but a bit on the expensive side. A bottle of wine was not too expensive. Would happily recommend.

   It was ok. We didn’t like where we were sat, in the middle of two tables. We couldn’t have a private conversation, as we were too close & could here word to word of their conversation, so obviously they were aware of ours. Food was lovely. Service was good, but the girls are rushing around, felt like can we have your table now, you’ve had your food move on. Drinks pricey.

    Excellent experience. Our table was in the conservatory section which did get a little noisy, but it was a Friday evening.
