I have complained many times about the chicken and salmon. Unfortunately the chicken is served in a pool of oil, and Isn't edible or appealing served that way. My friend's salad was also drenched in dressing and not edible this evening. We really would like to continue coming to this restaurant as it is so close up our home with a nice beach vibe... but no one has listened to these complaints for the last two years. Hopefully the kitchen can make the changes that could so easily make for a better dining experience.

Two prime ribs ordered. One twice the size of other with little fat. The other thin and 1/3 fat. Didnt want to make make a fuss in front of other person. I shouldn’t have had to say anything; it was obvious. How can you plate the two to serve at the same table of two?! (And I was paying.) Prime Rib very mediocre on top of $60 price. Lawrys is how it’s done.

Happy hour was terrific. Lots of good choices for everyone at excellent prices. We all ate too much but enjoyed every bite. Our waitress, Kaitlyn was outstanding-friendly and professional! The tent over the outdoor patio plus heaters made us very comfy!! Cannot wait to return!

Great experience. From the hostesses to the bartender to the server, everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, and super friendly. Hamburger was awesome (butter pickles are a nice touch) and french fries were perfect. Will definitely be back again.

This is a place we have been going to for literally decades. It's always been an intimate bar/steak place that was charming and a bit old school fun. Since COVID they have expanded dining tents into the parking lot and raised the prices astronomically to where it is just a disappointment. They went the way of Gladstones (which ironically was located next door 50 years ago) with mass dining, over-priced and under-delivered food, and a complete loss of what they used to be. Sad.

This hopping place on West Channel Road is bustling with very good service and solid food. The pros: great drinks and meat dishes, very good server; The cons: rather insensitive and arrogant maitre’d (bald white gentleman) who greated us by telling us to move out of the way from the entry (myself and my 96 year old mother)and even with reservations we were seated in a noisy corner of the bar and they were unable to move us to the much larger and more comfortable area of the restaurant which was oddly closed off until later in the evening. Eh.
