   Historic tavern vibe...inside or outside seating...friendly staff...delicious burgers! It can get a bit crowded and noisy on the weekends, but go anyway!!!

   Since we live in the neighborhood, we have tried going to Glunz several times over the years in the hopes that it will improve. Sadly it seems to have declined further. Service was odd and inconsistent. Food was bland. It looks dirty and needs some kind of update. Sadly we won't be going back.

   Took 30 minutes before our order was taken, then some dishes were not available. Alternative order was placed. An hour after we arrived the first dishes arrived, but the alternative order placed 30 minutes prior was not available either. My first visit and I will never return.

   I was very disappointed with this restaurant. We had reservations but when we arrived they said they don’t take reservations??? The food was greasy and over cooked. We had the deviled eggs, they were rubbery and served after the entree. The potato pancakes were so greasy they were inedible. The Wiener schnitzel was tough and greasy, the one good dish was the sausage with sauerkraut.

   We arrived early in the evening and were ordered the Wienerschnitzel, but were told over 30 minutes later that they ran out and we had to reorder. We reordered and by the time we received our food, we had been waiting over 2 hours even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The brats we ordered in place of the schnitzel were not good either; We were very frustrated by the quality of the food and the overall experience.

    Just fun!!!! A German bier haus worth a visit. Really enjoyed the sausages.
