If you want basic and cheap food with no atmosphere then this is NOT the place for you. However, if you enjoy good food, lovely wines, excellent service and a wonderful taste explosion with every bite then this IS the place for you. The staff are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They know all about each plate that is served and give you a brief explanation of the ingredients and flavours you can expect. I’d been for lunch a couple of times before and this was our first evening visit. It won’t be our last. Perfect for a special occasion.

We had special friends staying with us wanted to make a day of it so went to the distillery in the afternoon.where grant our tour guide was a star very informative nothing was a bother(5star) Then back home change out to the globe for dinner food was excellent staff were great, be prepared it’s pricey but really enjoyed our day great for special occasions will do it again.

Our meal was exceptional. We could not fault anything! The flavours and presentation was first class. The service was superb too. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The table setting was lovely with a red rose napkin which was a nice touch. The service was very good. Not pushy and not too slow. The food was excellent and tasty! The desert could have been flavoursome but that may have been down to the pear quality. Apart from that everthing was 1st class.
