   First night in Nevis for the week. What a great way to start vacation with wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend !

   What a fantastic place to hang out, grab a few drinks, and enjoy a great meal - all with a fantastic view of the Caribbean sea! Great people, great food, great fun!!

   We enjoyed our gin drinks on the deck watching the sunset. It was nice to place our orders on the deck and be seated at our table when our food was ready for us. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We highly recommend The Gin Trap!

   Food was delicious, we had the snapper, shared goat cheese tart & ceasar salad for 3 of us. Wait staff great. Bar scene disappointing & that was why we went, for the gin. 3 bartenders never cracked a smile, did not talk to or engage customers or each other. Cocktail menu uninspiring, all gins served as a gin & tonic except for 1- noted to come with an orange twist. Was served with lime. When I asked about it he cut half an orange rind for my drink! Normally expect bartenders to be friendly & engaging but the opposite was the case here. Disappointing!

    Great fresh food and very friendly service. They will make adjustments to menu with a smile! Fresh fish with coconut rice was anazing! Bar is our favorite on island
