   Arrived at the entrance of the restaurant but were not met, was shouted over to the bar by bar staff. Were told that their pizza oven was off, their bao buns weren’t ready, they didn’t have potatoes and they were out of steak - probably 60% of the menu was unavailable. No clue why when there are such massive issues that you don’t reach out in advance to those who have pre booked. We decided there was a few items on the menu we could order so were shown to our table. We sat for a full 20 minutes without any staff interacting with us, no drinks order was taken. If a staff member had even come close to us we would have asked for an order to be taken but we were entirely ignored. In the end we walked out and went to Monterey Jacks next door where we had drinks served to us within 5 minutes and service was excellent. Unsure if just a bad night, but we won’t be back to Giddy Goose - insulting levels of service, wasted our time completely.

   The food lacked abit and it wasn't for us. Overall ok but not the best.

   Enjoyed our meal, the starters & mains were very tasty 😋 Portion size good & filling. Pleasant atmosphere, quiet during the day.

   Whilst the food choice is not overwhelming the quality of what is available is outstanding although very large portions. Already planning our next visit.

   Very limited menu for people with allergies, I am gluten, dairy and red meat intolerant so I looked at menu before I came and one of the only things I could have was pizza, was told on arrival no pizza so the only other item on menu available was the chilli roasted butternut squash burger l, which was awful it was stone cold and flavourless inedible, really need to look at your menu and reconsider your options

   Food was ok…. We ended up just having starters cause the menu was too fussy, A big change to the menu so limited and no pizzas which is prob the best thing on the menu…. The toilets are disgusting, it was quiet so no reason for the place to be so dirty! Also while I don’t enforce uniforms at my work I think the staff could dress a bit smarter, hard to tell if they were staff or customers. Staff were nice and helpful tho!

   Lovely friendly staff - and great atmosphere . Cocktails a good price and plenty choice in wines . Food wasn’t very hot but still very tasty and chips great ( and hot )Big portions of mains . Not cheap but overall a good experience .

   The food was incredible. We had the beef and chicken burgers. They were honestly 10/10. Unfortunately they weren’t serving pizza but the burgers were so good that you can’t be mad! They had 50% off a selection of cocktails as we went mid week so it was great value for money. Highly recommend .

   First time have tried, wish we had tried sooner , the food was just so moreish. The brisket dish was so delicious

    When we arrived for our table we were seated straight away. 25 minutes later no one came to take a drinks or food order and there was no sign of any staff member. We ended up leaving after half an hour as no one severed us. A shame as we were looking forward to the food.
