   The space is beautiful and the staff was great. The food was not good. And on top of not being good, it was cold. And the food is fairly expensive. If you want to take a look at the hotel, just make a stroll through the lobby and poke your head in the restaurant. I definitely would not recommend eating there.

   I would like to say thank to everyone that make our dinner pretty good with good environment. The restaurant one of my favorites. Our waitress Andreu was very kind and professional, thank you for being so helpful. 5 ⭐️, I highly recommend.

   We went to the George for the Dossier winemaker dinner. The food was extraordinary and the service was impeccable. We ventured into the speakeasy bar after for delicious cocktails.

   While the food was satisfactory and well prepared, I had been expecting a different caliber of customer service and was sorely disappointed and underwhelmed. We practically had to seat ourselves at what was clearly our table and then spent 20-30 minutes waiting for a cup of water let alone any other service. We had to ask for everything from opening our wine/champagne, to getting coffee, food, and there was missing silverware or other items. Employees very obviously avoided eye contact when we tried to ask for assistance. We were not being needy or difficult by any means and I understand being annoyed when someone is. It was sadly subpar and for over $1000 being spent, we really assumed we’d have a different experience especially as we were celebrating a life event as well. We also received no communication regarding the bill, surcharges, or anything else which made the payment process a bit of a mess. Unfortunately I do not think I will be returning or suggesting brunch service here.

   Eggs Bene was hard boiled, sent back arrived cold bc wasn't remade, however the restaurant comp'd it so that's good.. the ambiance is amazing

   Lunch at the George never seems as good as dinner. Food was okay (lobster roll) but I asked for no tomatoes in salad, came with tomatoes. and the salad itself was mediocre.

   Amazing decor and upscale atmosphere for a 101 year old hotel. Awesome Mother’s Day brunch with the Family - pre fix was excellent and kids food fantastic as well. Great memory to celebrate mom - well done!

    We chose the George for a Mother’s Day brunch while visiting our daughter in Seattle and had a lovely time. The hotel lobby and George are beautifully renovated with an attentive staff to make it a great experience. The menu and food were great but we particularly appreciated the warm, attentive staff. Special prop to the fabulous guys manning the scone and champagne carts: kudos!
