Although this place has a good happy hour, I was very disappointed in our dinner experience on a Friday night. It took a very long time for the waitress to take our order, it took over an hour for us to get our food. There was a large birthday party present but it felt very understaffed. Will not recommend this place for dinner

Terrible experience. The hostess cared more about her instagram then making sure we were seated. When we finally were able to get our reserved table she sat us (from the bar where we waited) without silverware, menus, or water, which is how the tables were all set - except for ours apparently. After about 10 minutes of not being helped by a server or the hostess, I had to get up to ask someone for menus. Another 10 minutes go by and our server finally shows up. Thankfully she was very pleasant, but at that point we had already regretted our choice of location for brunch. After we placed our order it took a solid 20-30 minutes for our food to come out, we were basically begging for the check so that we could get the heck out Of there. This is an ENTIRELY different experience than I had the last time, I was actually embarrassed for suggesting this place for brunch. Service is inconsistent - hopefully if anyone braves this place for brunch, your experience is much better than mine.

We were hoping for a nice Sunday morning brunch experience, but unfortunately the food was sub par, which was unexpected for the price point. Small portions of luke warm eggs, burnt tasting coffee, and cold toast. I will say that the potatoes were hot and crispy and the mimosa was tasty. Staff was nice, but somewhat inattentive and there was a dingy, college bar vibe that we hadn't expected after looking at the website. Possibly a great spot for a group of young 20 somethings looking for a boozy brunch, but not what we were hoping for and we won't be back.

Soooo..... I was expecting something a lil different from this place. While there is a dining area, i woulda called this a bar. I don't get out much though😂. The atmosphere is very relaxed, service was great, food was pretty good, pool table was decent and the restroom was CLEAN. The menu offered quite a few vegetarian options for my friend and that's a plus. Overall, we had a great time. The parking lot across the street is very convenient too.

Made an open table dinner reservation for 8:45. We did arrive about 5-7 minutes late. There was no hostess at the front. We waited several minutes. When a person did arrive we were told our table wasn’t ready (?!). We waited at the bar. And waited. And waited. 45 minutes later we asked about the table. Bartender said kitchen had just closed. WTF. Plus if we anted to “stay” we’d have to pay the NYE party cover. We just wanted food and drinks before heading to the next NYE stop. The manager offered to seat us, comp a drink for each, and confirmed the kitchen was still cooking for other tables. She forgot to comp the drink, so awkward reminder after terrible service and mediocre food.

Overall a good experience. Very cute interior and easy to find, right at the entrance to the MFL/across the street from Franklin Fountain. Really appreciated the high number of ciders on the beer list! Fried pickles were delicious and my boyfriend loved the burger. Sadly the fish in the fish & chips was not good. Pretty flavorless, overcooked and mushy. On the whole still a nice dinner, would go there again and order something else.

It took a very long time to get drinks ordered, then to get our drinks, then to order food. Fortunately everyone was in a good mood and it didn’t cause any issues. The salads and soup and brussels sprouts were very good. I am not sure if I would go back just because it took a long time

We took some visiting family to Gaslight for Sunday brunch. We had been here before for appetizers, but this was our first time dining for a full meal. Menu had enough options for everyone and was well priced. The service; however, was abysmal enough that I likely will not return for a meal. After waiting for 20 minutes, we had to ask a hostess to find our server. The server forgot one of our drinks and we then waited almost another hour for our entrees. During this hour, we did not see our server at all. All the entrees were correct. Food was fine, nothing was bad, but nothing was stellar either. If it had come in 20 minutes, I would not have any complaints. After waiting an hour, I was a little disappointed. The "fruit salad" all entrees came with consisted of about 4 grapes and some of the entrees looked as if they had been sitting for quite some time. We then waited another 30 minutes to pay our bill. I'll keep this establishment to drinks and appetizers in the future.

Our waitress was awful. We paid for bottomless brunch and she very rarely came around to bring us refills. One of our friends didn't get their first drink until after the food came. The portions were on the smaller side and the food was average.

We has a party of 8 on a Friday night. I called the manager ahead of the reservation that the party had 2 birthday celebrants, I told the maitre d', I told the waitress. I thought that they would do something. No acknowledgement, no little cupcake, nothing. Of the 8 diners, 3 people thought the food was passable, 2 thought the food was edible and the remaining 3, including me, could not take more than one or two bites. The only thing everyone liked was the brussel sprouts. It was fairly quiet, mostly because there was almost no one there. I don't blame anyone for finding a different restaurant.

I scheduled a reservation a week in advance. I received multiple confirmation emails, and I accepted/confirmed all of them. 30minutes before my reservation, I called again to confirm my reservation. They told me my reservation was cancelled because they decided to hold a bar crawl instead. They cancelled all reservations for the day, and did not bother to notify any one. Incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Definitely won't even bother eating there again.

We were seated with 15 minutes of when we arrived, despite a busy evening due to a bar crawl. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The beer list is decent, even for beer snobs like us. We had the pierogi app, I had the crispy chicken and my husband had the cheesesteak. The prices are reasonable and the food was solid.

My first time dining here and I thought this would be a great casual place to catch up with friends. It happened to be trivia night so it was pretty crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed and short with us. The cocktails tasted like well drinks and the food we ordered wasn’t great. Wings were fine, but the crab cake sandwich stands out as the worst one I’ve ever tasted in my lifetime. Avoid the crab cake!

Noise level - we were outside, so I can't speak to indoor noise level. It was a Wednesday early-ish evening and not busy. Took advantage of the happy hour specials, so price was right for our budget, food was tasty, portions were about right for what we needed, and service was quick.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was fantastic. This experience was not so good. It was the 4th of July and I think they did not have enough help in the kitchen which I’d argue they should have just been closed. The food was mediocre. One of the people that was at my table ordered the Mac and cheese with chicken. From what we could tell it was velveeta which is really disappointing considering it’s one of the more expensive entrées. Additionally the wait staff tried to give food to wrong tables multiple times. It was really odd. It was also so loud the wait staff couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear them. At one point we ordered a pitcher of beer and a pint came out. That was corrected but just an example of the level of noise in the place.

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. My first experience was much better. It seems that the quality has gone down. The food is just okay. There's nothing real bad but nothing real great about it. I ordered brussel sprouts which were actually overcooked. The chicken mac and cheese was good but again nothing special. Service Ambience and everything else was just fine. But again nothing special. There weren't many people in the place so maybe that says something. I hope it gets better.

My friends and I went for brunch on Saturday. We opted to get the bottomless mimosas, which we had to sign a waiver 24 hours before. The mimosas were $21 pp. I didn’t think that was a very good deal. They were good, however they used a sweet champagne and tasted like pure juice. We ordered Brussel sprouts for an app. They were overly fried. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was ok. The one slice of bacon on there was not edible looking, so I took that off. The chicken was over fried, just like the Brussel sprouts. My friend got the chicken and waffles. They would have been fine, if the chicken wasn’t a drumstick. The server was very nice and accommodating. Overall, my friends and I would not be back.
