   A beautiful location to dine overlooking a very handsome courtyard. The service was attentive but not pretentious. The food was very good and well presented. The wine list was comprehensive and would be hard to fault. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

   Beautiful setting with a view onto the garden. Superb, friendly and efficient service. Really excellent food with a few specials for Sunday lunch. The sirloin was perfectly cooked as was the lamb rump. I would highly recommend this restaurant within the beautiful Merrion hotel.

   We had a lovely afternoon tea. A real treat with the most pleasant staff being very attentive. A great treat for a special occasion.

   The seat was very uncomfortable They need new cushions on the rattan chairs. The starter was excellent but the main course, lamb with roast potatoes and vegetables with Yorkshire pudding. For medium rare, the meat was tough, the Yorkshire pudding was enormous and so hard, it took some effort to cut into it, the roast potatoes were large and so nicely cooked on the outside, but undercooked on the inside. Overall, I was very disappointed, considering the price we paid
