   I’m glad we had tea service experience, but for the price it was not what I expected (compared to tea services I’ve had elsewhere). Setting is beautiful, but furniture was outdated and we were sat next to the bowl station that looked like it had been around for decades. We both got the house blend which was aromatic and delicious. Sandwiches were nicely presented, but a lot of the bread was dry and stale. They’re 5 small sandwiches, so don’t come TOO hungry. The desserts were plentiful and also really well presented. They were good, but nothing to write home about. The service was quick, but I wouldn’t call it fine dining. For $125/person, that’s what I would expect, even if it is just tea service. The live harp music was a nice touch.

   $245 is a bit much, but it is a great experience me my daughter, and my mom had a great brunch. The dessert were sooo good.

   This was our 4th a consecutive year celebrating Mother’s Day with my Family. It was the best!. I must say, no other place can top Palace Hotels ambiance, decor, food and service during mother’s Day Brunch. Greg Kelly was amazing! He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we got the best experience & our money was worth the experience. Carmen were awesome serving our coffee, champagne and latte’. I can not wait for the thanksgiving event ( which will be coming up soon for the first time).

   The most beautiful and opulent brunch I have ever had. It was truly a very special experience. And tons of Gluten Free things! Even things I didn’t expect, which was awesome and I truly appreciated

   The atmosphere is absolutely unbeatable in the city. Service was great and the food was very very good--aside from the "McDonalds-style" French fries that accompanied my tuna melt. I was shocked at that; expecting steak fries or something out of the ordinary.

   Enjoyed 2 breakfasts and a Signature Tea at the Garden Court over the past weekend. The service was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Signature Tea was good, though it seemed a lot to pay for a few fancy sandwiches, 2 scones and a few desserts. Overall, I would go back again.

   I am crazy for this property. It is one of the most unusual and historic hotels in San Francisco. The amenities are luxurious and gorgeous. The solarium large dining room is really something to see as the solarium style swimming pool. Old world, beautiful. We opt for the breakfast plan for our two day stay. Mr. Min and staff added to the dining pleasure. The all-around service cannot be beat. Aways such a terrific day.

   My family has been celebrating Easter Sunday brunch at the Palace hotel for 34 years. This past Easter was year 35 and it was as special as ever. Gary Kelly, the manager of the garden court and his team, last year and this year has reinvigorated the value of tradition and long time attendance held high in San Francisco at this special event. The food, the music, the service, and the ambience was unmatched! Thank you, Gary and team for a beautiful Easter brunch. See you all next year!

    Outstanding dining experience. Creative and nice easter themed decorations. Large selection of quality food. Only negatives was I'm don't drink alcohol which is included in the cost and one tray remained empty (mushroom eggroll?) which was never replenished. Service was top notch.
