   We visit regularly and barely have a bad experience but felt I needed to make a note to the owners in case they happen to see this. The wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed last night. We sat and we waited almost ten minutes before we were greated. Even though we knew our entire order before we ever sat down the waitress didn’t wait long enough to just hear our drinks before I could tell her our appetizers then when we ordered dinner 30 mins at the table at this point our appetizers and entrees arrived at the same time. Sorry but buffalo tenders and prime rib is easy to see that they are to be served separate. I could tell the waitress had to many tables and all tables had 4 or more up to 8 people besides my table which had just the two of us. Most restaurants will let a server have 4 to 5 maybe 6 tables at a time. She had 2 4 tops pushed into 8. X 2 so that’s 4 tables alone then she had a 5 top and a 4 top and then us on a 2. That’s 7 tables alone but also it’s 27 people she was serving a she was not keeping up but I doubt anyone could have. Suggest slowing down customer intake if your short handed

   We enjoyed a very nice Easter dinner at Galley Hatch. The food was great as was the service. Our table was near the fire place, very nice. We'll definitely go back again!

   Went out for Easter dinner with my wife and my mother food was outstanding. I had the salmon my mother had haddock. My wife had the mac & cheese. The food was great as usual and of course, a dessert which is always the best part of going to the galley hatch. It was busy, but service was pretty quick. The waitress was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

   The swordfish was overcooked and salmon flavor was too sweet (not in a good way). Other items were great.
