    Will not return. Will not recommend to anyone. Since we were dinner guests and not resort guests we received little attention compared to others. Give the poor table location, we were not offered an outside table which were available. Staff should understand that it is much quieter to lift and place metal chairs on the tile floor rather than sliding. At one point I nearly rose from my seat to ask for more water since we had been emptied for 20 minutes and tables near us got water. I did not since the front desk was unattended. Water did finally arrive. Drinks took extra minutes to arrive. The suggested dress code was predominantly not followed. Food was good but far from memorable except for the price.

    All the servers seemed to be scrambling around and working super fast, no one really seemed to care to give us good service. It was a frantic environment which made us uneasy too! We Sat at the bar for a drink before dinner and saw the bartender make a drink using La marca Prosecco instead of Moët (which was listed on the menu) and then proceeded to serve that to a customer. That was weird. Food was also very average, nothing special. We thought this would’ve been a special experience given how nice the hotel is but it was very disappointing.

    Our reservation was near Xmas, and the table they planned for us was right next to the piano for hotel guests singing holiday songs. So they moved us to the outdoor area which was fine but remote from our server. So everything related to our server was very slow and long dinner. But each of us enjoyed our meal. which was the real goal. I was also told the restaurant would be decorated for the holiday and not a festive moment was in sight.

    Went in April was chilly inside, very noisy, food presentation was pretty but taste was just ok. Server was difficult to understand at time and rude to other customers.

    Very loud and not as nice as photos online. It is a patio converted to a restaurant. The price point for the amount of food was poor. The $125 steak to be seated on patio furniture didn't fit.

    We booked a night at ocean edge for our one year anniversary and while the stay was great our experience at frost bar was subpar. While it was noted we were celebrating an anniversary absolutely no mention of it was brought up which makes me question why we were asked if we were celebrating an occasion in the first place . Unfortunately the s’more sandwich was also completely underrated with harder then rock cookies. I imagine that prior to the pandemic and in season, frost bar is the place to be, but Sadly service is not where I expected it to be given the price.

    The service and food were excellent! Our server, Susan, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the steak and scallops with shrimp which was so delicious. The food was delivered quickly which allowed us to have a leisurely dinner! We can’t wait to return!

    Food and drinks were good. Service was great. A bit over priced. I was disappointed in the bar itself. It's just an outdoor area enclosed with walls with windows. Outdoor furniture and cold.

    Husband food was cool he had the lamb rack My food was god awful had the lobster and cod stew The lobster was so over cooked I couldn’t eat it and the fish was about to expired. Was sat next to the exit or entrance that everyone seem to be using and the door kept slamming and I was extremely uncomfortable since it was rather cold… was very disappointed we seen you advertised in the Phantom gourmet and I couldn’t wait to get there and try you out and when we did we were so disappointed it was just so sad then we got coffee and dessert my coffee came with sugar and milk on the side but the sugar was so crystallize it was like credit card it was so hard god awful experience I’m so sad because I really thought you guys were fine dining!!! wow do you guys have a lot to work on, very sad especially for the price you’re charging!!

    We were there over Valentine’s Day weekend and the place was fairly crowded as they offered stay and dine packages which we were taking advantage of. Frost Bar is sort of like a huge enclosed patio with a permanent tent structure. It has a huge bar as well as table seating. TVs around the bar. A little bit of music would have made a big difference, especially at night, and ESPECIALLY on a Saturday over Valentine’s Weekend. Would have added significantly to the ambience. We had the price fixe menu they offered for Valentine’s Day and the food was just OK. They did have an outdoor area with a pretty gas fireplace that was fun to sit around and talk with other couples who were staying there.

    Outstanding food! The service was a bit slow but that’s to be expected right now. To the recent guest from Las Vegas who complained about servers having to wear masks…screw you. We are in the middle of a covid surge. Have some respect for people trying to make a living without getting sick.

    Four of us dined for the first time Friday evening. The night was extremely windy so hard to tell what the vibe is on a normal evening. The food was very good. Winter menu with appetizers and entrees. The prices are high and certainly drink prices are very high with specialty drinks around $16 each. It would be nice if their was better non-acholic selection for those wanting a social bar environment but either can't or should not consume alcohol. O'Doul's doesn't do it. Try adding Athletic brewing to your selection of non acholic beers. The pasta and mushroom entrée was delicious and probably the best value. Two of us had the Lobster Mac & Cheese and the portion was small. The 4 stuffed oysters with lobster on the appetizer menu were very good. Again, really hard to review the entire experience given the weather was bad so there were very few of us dining in the frost bar. It did warm up but another suggestion is to have pads for the cold metal seats.

    We didn’t realize we’d be sitting inside the restaurant at “outdoor type” metal tables. They had heaters which helped but the chairs were also metal and it was about 10 degrees. Our waitress had difficulty understanding our order so my husband got the wrong drinks Food was fair. Would not go back.

    What a fun experience this is! They've done a great job of enclosing this space, yet making it safe for "outdoor/indoor" dining. Our server was Fantastic and patient@ The food was delicious!

    Bloody Marys were very good. Service was excellent. New Year’s Day brunch was just okay. My husband had to send back his chicken with waffles. Chicken was raw. Better the second time around, but he said waffles did not seen freshly made. I had the lobster eggs Benedict. Lobster tasted like it been hanging around for a while. Almost $100. For the two of us. We sat at the bar. Just okay. Disappointing.
