Following the opening of The Frog E1 in 2016, chef Adam Handling has brought his high-octane flavours to Covent Garden for this all-day flagship

The 50-cover, two-floor dining room can seat up to 8 diners at the pass, while in the basement lies a speakeasy cocktail bar with its own street entrance. This bar also has its own kitchen and private dining room.

I was third time in Frog and was pleasantly impressed. Before it was
excellent restaurant with creative menu, but today it felt also very friendly .
And food was absolutely fantastic.

An outstanding treat for my daughter and I. Staff were warm and welcoming and the open kitchen was a new experience for her. I hoped to pass on my love of fine dining and it didn’t disappoint. Together we have shown a young person (She is 12!) that good food is not just sustenance but a joy of the senses! We enjoyed a wonderful diverse selection and each dish was beautiful in every way. This morning we dissected each dish and we agreed that both the beef and my dessert (Yuzu Parfait with Truffle Icecream) were almost emotional experiences where we would forever crave to repeat the experience!! It was a wonderful shared adventure of something that actually had a profound effect on both of us, so thank you all!

The frog was perfect from every perspective, the service, ambience & food.

The food was absolutely delicious, strong flavours, unusual delivery but with a consistent theme throughout the tasting menu.

The service was perfect, asking questions, checking on the food.

My partner won't stop talking about the vegetarian option, he has never has anything so flavorful and memorable. The service was excellent and we will go back the next chance we get.

This was our first visit to frog on the recommendations of friends and family. Wow! Lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious - every mouthful a treat. The chef's presented their dishes with great passion and deserved pride. A special treat for us but and an experience we shall savour - we hope to return again. Thank you to everyone that made our meal so special.

Had a sensational Valentine's taster meal. The cod, lobster and wagyu were my favourites! The open kitchen was organised, calm and all the chefs served the food with pride. This will definitely not be our last visit. Thank you to all the team for a fabulous evening.

We had an 8.45pm reservation, arrived 20 mins early and were shown down to the bar under the restaurant to wait. Subterranean bar was busy, cosy and service was good and the range of drinks was strong (including no/lo alcohol options). We were collected for dinner and shown to our table facing the restaurant near the kitchen. We chose the 5-course tasting menu, one with wine pairing, one with non-alcohol drinks pairing. The food, wine and drinks were really very good. Delicious snacks to start, followed by warm bread and vegetable, pasta, fish and duck courses. Certain courses were served by the chefs which is a nice touch. Service was great from start to finish. If I had one criticism it would be ambiance, my taste perhaps but the room wasn't as special as the food. Visiting in winter the cloakroom just inside the front door felt cramped and the area appeared a little messy. But this should detract from a lovely occasion for my wife's birthday, including a little surprise extra dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant and given the high end cooking and location in central London offers value for money.

From the time of arriving to the minute we left, the staff were charming and attentive without being overpowering.
They were very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions about the food choices.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the wine suggested by the sommelier complimented it wonderfully.

The restaurant has lively but professional ambience and as we were seated near the dessert area we enjoyed the theatre of watching a chef prepare dishes using dry ice.

Thank you to all for a super end to our trip to London.

Second visit and another fabulous evening. Frog to us, is not just about the food (although it's wonderful, the chefs are truly talented) it's about the whole experience. From the charming lady who took our coats, to the great sommeliers who are happy to find great wines within your own budget to the kitchen staff and chefs, everyone goes out of their way to make your evening special, we can't wait to return, thank you everyone.

A huge fan of Adam Handling, his food and creations are so amazing. From the tiny snacks, beef tartare in brick pastry, wonton and potatoes in eggshell to the dessert of chocolate and in between. The chicken skin butter and jus, WOW, words cannot describe the umami flavours that hit your mouth. The presentation of the duck and the plate, the dish sat on. Great hosting from Lainya, she was wonderful and thanks for the heads up for Adam Handling's next venture. Booked, already !?

We came to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday as a family of three. We had the most delightful, memorable evening. Everything was absolutely spot on - the food incredible; the details - from the fine stemmed cutlery & glasses, to the bag stools to the extra huge black truffle ceremony- all just marvellous. Best of all the staff were utterly professional and yet just the best fun which is unusual in such a classy joint. My only tiny quibble was the music is quite loud when you are trying to hear all the foodie details they explain to you, but that’s my middle age hearing I guess. I loved the widely spaced tables it meant that a huge group next to us were barely audible so I guess that’s the plus with the music too. Keep keeping on - this place is spot on xxx thank you xxx also Ivy was very touched by her birthday card and dessert xxx

Best meal we have had in the last couple of years. Visually appealing, tastes even better than it looks, service excellent. Sounds expensive at £125 for bigger tasting menu but actually good value for what you get. Highly recommended.

We throughly enjoyed our experience... we had the 8 course taster menu and each course was truly amazing! We were looked after so perfectly, to name a few, both Lainya and Spiros made our evening so special! The bar downstairs was ‘okay’ can’t say we would go again nor recommend... but the Restuarant was exceptional

Fantastic place with increedible food, each dish on the tasting menu topped the preceeding. We went with the 5 courses paired with a wone selection which was fantastic, however the dessert was a bit dissapointing compared to the other courses, however we are not really dessert people and had to run away to the theatre so this may have affected how we viewed the final course, the dessert paired wines however were beautiful.

Lovely friendly staff, just a shame we had to rush to make the show.

Fabulous food, great service, great atmosphere. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The sommeliers were very knowledgeable and took time to explain about the wine where it came from, the grape type and why it was paired with the particular dish we were eating.

Yes BUT. ... the toilets, shared with the cocktail bar were quite dreadful. This place will not deserve a Michelin star (despite the excellent food) until this area and its cleanliness is improved

Service was phenomenal with superb attention to detail - par excellence! However, component parts of the mural featuring Trafalgar Square had some tiles misaligned, and peeling off slightly. Tasting menu was very enjoyable, with the small exception that the duck dish was slightly tough - my arm cramped a little while cutting through. Minor point though, which did not affect the the quality of the dish significantly. Certainly worth a slight detour.

Wonderful dining experience. Some lovely savory snacks first, followed by truffled pasta and then the Waygu steaks, which were phenomenal. Went downstairs to Eve and had a couple of creative drinks with Luigi and his team. Perfect evening!

My wife an I had the five course taster menu - the food was interesting and different - we especially liked the three nibbles at the beginning each of which exploded with flavour - but what made our evening special was the friendly, attentive (but not over so) and professional service - what a pleasure to be with such a friendly happy team!
