Frog by Adam Handling
The 50-cover, two-floor dining room can seat up to 8 diners at the pass, while in the basement lies a speakeasy cocktail bar with its own street entrance. This bar also has its own kitchen and private dining room.
Individual attention- delish 5 course dinner with particular personalized attention-
Outstanding food served in lovely environment by brilliant staff
Amazing amazing food. So much food included in 5 course menu - more like 9 courses! Service was excellent and very attentive. Sommelier was outstanding. I couldn't fault the food, so many unusual foods that worked incredibly well together, or food I typically don't like that I loved!
Frog is a fantastic relaxed restaurant with great menus. We choose the 5 course tasting which ended up 6 courses to include the heavenly lobster course. An experience not to be missed.
Precision cooking with outstanding ingredients made for a top notch tasting menu. A close view of the open kitchen and the pass, and a number of courses being presented at the table by the chef made for an engaging experience.
Right up there as one of the best restaurants I have visited.
Cannot wait to see the new menu!
one of the best experience, not only the food is very tasty but also the services. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will go there again
Lovely food, we had the Adam Menu with paired wines - fantastic all round experience
Every dish was perfection. The sommelier was knowledgable, fun and attentive to all our needs and desires. The staff were all fantastic. I cannot say anythig negative. I will be back
It’s rare to have a tasting menu and have so many memorable dishes. The monkfish with lemongrass was pure heaven, and a wonderful surprise. The strong lemongrass flavour of the sauce was an unexpected delight, and balanced perfectly with the carrot purée. We also had the best duck we have ever eaten (we have eaten a lot of duck), that was so tender and full of flavour that we kept questioning if it was duck because of the new benchmark that all duck dishes should be measured against. The oysters were outstanding and for someone who dislikes coffee desserts to rave about the coffee dessert as one of the best ever is purely magical. This is the second visit, and won’t be the last and will bring friends to this spectacular restaurant that we would highly recommend to those looking for something special.
I cannot understand why this restaurant does not have a Michelin star. It is more refined than the Hoxton Frog, which means the cheese doughnuts are rather small, but there are eight courses so maybe that's just as well. Fabulous, inventive food with terrific wine pairings.
Superb food with incredible service.
Outstanding dishes include ‘mother’, lobster barbecued with wagyu fat and the chicken butter and bread.
There are a variety of cocktails and wines that pair well with each carefully constructed dish.
Food was very unusual and very good . Consider visiting ASAP because Adam will win a Michelin star and then he will be far too expensive for the average Joe.
The food was amazing. However the interior is a bit plain and basic. Service was great.
My favourite restaurant in London
Wonderful night, lovely meal, excellent food and super service. Love this place
This is our absolute favourite London restaurant. The service is impeccable the atmosphere relaxed and smart informal. The food is out of this world! We are both gluten and dairy free and they go out of their way to prepare the most exquisite dishes each beautifully presented and you never feel as though you are missing out on anything. They even have the most extraordinary array of non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails which are unique and exquisite and made on the premises. An absolute must visit which we cannot recommend more highly.
Team made our afternoon
My favorite restaurant in London this moment !
Everything is prefect! delicate! and the food was amazing !
All of my guests were extremely satisfied with this meal!
An experience to be savored.
Great, friendly, attentive staff, superb food, all round excellence
Overall a wonderful dining experience! Fabulous innovative dishes, executed expertly. Great service.
We would only comment on two things - the noise level was slightly high for comfort. We also found the lingering smell of coconut candle (?) drifting in from the downstairs bar to be off-putting when trying to taste delicate flavours.
Spectacular food; intense fresh flavors. Nothing was overdone. The Sommelier (Schp..., name ? from Greece) displayed deep knowledge and didn’t guide you only to the super pricey Burgundies. Definitely will return.
It was amazing! Stylish but still casual and food and service incredible. Worth every penny.
Had an absolutely brilliant evening with exquisite food. It was unfortunate that the lobster with wagu fat was unavailable but we really enjoyed the tasting menu nonetheless. Highlights being the sourdough bread with chicken butter and the carrot, sea buckthorn and sweet cheese desert. Our server, Shanice, was extremely attentive, as were the rest of the team, ensuring that we had a memorable experience and that everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Frog by Adam Handling which is well worth the hefty price tag.
The food was delicious. We tried the 5 course tasting menu, both the meat and vegetarian variation, and was very happy with each course. The wine that was suggested for us by the sommelier was also fantastic and paired with our meal very nicely. All the table staff were also very friendly and happy to assist in any way they could.
Would definitely recommend for a special occasion as was quite expensive but if you can afford it, you won't regret it.
The ambience, the service, the food is just extraordinary.
My partner and myself went for Adam tasting menu. We never felt rushed. The portions were perfect. The balance of the flavours was incredible. The service attentive.
Thank you for this beautiful experience.
Absolutely insane. Soooo amazing. Just go!
Booked Frog for my wife's birthday and the whole team were great at making it feel like a special occasion. The 8 course tasting menu was delicious and not too heavy because of the amount of fish included with it. Would highly recommend the lobster.
A fantastic culinary experience! The set menu is highly recommended
Service was impeccable and friendly, wine delightful ,setting clean and comfortable.
We did find the numerous insistent reminders to attend somewhat annoying and almost threatening in tone, particularly as we were travelling 50 miles on British Rail over which we had no control and in poor weather.
However, the restaurant did allow us in slightly early for which we were grateful as my wife has mobility problems.
The team was very friendly and food was great. Mother was surprising and light, monkfish cooked perfectly with great lemongrass kick, gnocchi (wished there was more as they were pillowy on the inside). celebrating a special occasion so they produced a few (welcomed) surprises so thank you all. Will be back!
Simply exceptional, a long lunch for Christmas and it was the perfect spot for my partner and I. Easy to recommend to all.
Really good. Great value for the quality. Service was friendly and efficient.
Delicious and beautifully presented food. Excellent and attentive service. Will definitely be coming again
all very good again with outstanding food (but the mark up on the wine seems excessive)
We had such a lovely dinner, every dish was outstanding. Staff was really friendly, The sommelier recommended us a great bottle, he really knew his wine list :) we would definitely eat here again when back in London, so if you look for fine dining in a great setting, look no further and book your table at the frog.
Unbelievable food! We went out for my Husbands birthday and each had Adam's tasting menu. It was some of the best food we've ever tried. The service was exceptional. Staff were very attentive and friendly. It's a fine dining restaurant without the pretence. Very relaxed atmosphere and they didn't rush us out the door. We felt very relaxed. Worth every penny!!
We did the Adam menu. The food tasted fresh and was delicious, and there were some interesting items. The service was the best I’ve had in London. The staff was courteous and accommodating, and handled some difficult tables around us with ease. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend Frog.
The five course tasting menu was a gastronomic delight.
