The French Café is a partnership between husband and wife team Creghan Molloy-Wright, Manager, and Simon Wright, Executive Chef. They are assisted by Michelle Moore, Restaurant Manager, Simon Benoit, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Gideon Landman, Head Chef and Andy Gladding, Sommelier.

                We had the a la carte menu. Very good, but I was expecting more of the Crayfish carbonara. Would go back for the tasting menu.
