   Terrible service. Had to ask multiple times for a menu, for water, and for bread. Servers came and go asking the same questions but nobody would actually bring anything. 30 minutes after seating and not even the order had been taken. Subpar food too. Lentil soup was not a soup, it was dry, broccoli rabe on the branzino tasted weird, and pappardelle with octopus was sour. For two bad appetizers, two terrible mains and one glass of a cheap chianti the bill was 110 dollars. Oh, and the check took so long to arrive we had to stand up and walk to the exit to get it. The cherry on top was a couple who arrived 25 minutes after us and got drinks and food before us because they knew the owner or manager. Zero stars if I could.

   Balcony level was full of clutter, and did not feel like you were in a nice restaurant at all. Also, mandatory tip of 20% for a party of 3 was added to our bill, which was rather surprising. Will try other places in this neighborhood.

   I saw great reviews about this restaurant and since they were running a great groupon I decided to give them a try. I'm happy I got $60 worth of food for under $30 via the groupon, otherwise I would be upset. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant on Sun evening 5:40 there was another table that was seated but there were no waiters around. There was an elder man who was setting tables and filling filling water cans. My guest and I were able to choose our seats. Eventually one of the managers had to go upstairs and get all the waiters to come down stairs big turn off. Waited 20 mins for cold bread and slightly frozen butter, another 10 for our waiter who never gave us his name to ask if we were ready to order. The food while decorated on the plate might of looked appealing was over cooked as I had the lamb shank with couscous and my boyfriend had the pasta and shrimp. The pasta was way undercooked and the shrimp super rubbery. We knew better than to order dessert. We only paid $3.15 outside of the groupon which was what the meal was worth. We won't be returning

   The food was pretty good, but the bread was totally stale. Also, we never got much attention from the wait staff after our initial order, never got our water glasses filled, and waited a very long time to get our check despite the room being mostly empty. A real shame because the main courses were decent and the room had a fun ambiance. Just could have used some basic attention to detail and better waiting skills.

   Service was excellent, very nice dining room, food was very tasty but the pasta was a little too al dente, slightly undercooked, mine and my girlfriend's. sauces were very good. baked clams were tiny, would not order them again. octopus was fairly tender and tasty, zuchinni flower was very good. I had cheese cake desert which was a small ball type cheese cake, on the dry side and not a lot of flavor, would not order again, too small for $ 9 dollars a serving. she had the tiramasu which was much better. Soda was $ 2.50 per glass and no refills, id go back but i know now what to order and what not to order. fairly good deal with groupon.
