The Four Seasons Diamond Room Restaurant
The food was excellent and our waiter was very nice.
This was our first time dinning at The Four Season Diamond Room and we were very pleased with our overall experience. We already have plans to go back for our anniversary next month.
We had the dining room to ourselves. It was romantic, service and food were phenomenal. I'd recommend to any guy looking to wine and dine his lady.
Very friendly service. Excellent food. Great atmosphere to catch up with friends or have a romantic dinner.
Friendly people, good food and character for days in a place filled with history.
Lovely people, beautiful wood work, and great meal.
Four ladies enjoyed wonderful food! The tenderloin was especially fabulous. 😊
Salmon and chicken with crab meat and asparagus was amazing! Music piped in was a little loud in the porch area, but didn't ruin our experience. Beautiful dining room!
There was really not a lot of food. I am not a big eater by any means but I was still hungry when I finished. The waitress was average at best. I only gave a 15% tip and that is unusual for me.
She did not identify prime rib as the daily special so we didn't know it was available. We were seated next to a very noisy table.
I got scallops for $31 and my wife got seafood linguini for $27. The food was good and the presentation was very appealing.
I got the cheapest cabernet at $6,50. It was horrible and when I looked it up on my phone, it was $4,99 a bottle. That kind of wine should not be served in that type of restaurant. My wife got the same brand of zinfandel, also $6.50 and terrible wine!
Loved the food. Service a little slow considering it wasn't that busy at the time we were there. Crème' Brue let cheese cake was to die for! The vanilla beans made it ever so rich and decadent. Could of used a little whip cream on the side. But otherwise BRAVO to the chef.
The food and service was as good as always. There were some very loud people in the restaurant however. Once they left everything was great
The service was very unprofessional. We were one of two tables. Drinks were often empty. Chicken in the chicken piccata was spongy. Sauce in cavatappi was bland. For the price I would have hoped for better quality food and service.
The Diamond Room was a very nice place, with fireplace. Food was excellent. Service was great. Other than a very loud, intoxicated group in the adjoining room, it was a great experience.
There was only one waitress and she was running her tail off. Service was slow as she tried to keep up on a busy Saturday night. Food and everything else was wonderful! Nice job spacing customers and masks.
Only one waitress for the whole room. She was clearly overworked so I don’t blame her for the lack of attentiveness. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Husband got the seafood Alfredo and I got chicken piccata, they were out of the ribeye which was disappointing.
The setting is beautiful. We sat inside by the fireplace -- be sure to request porch seating if you want it. Our server was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good. I was a little surprised to have prosecco served in a regular wine glass, though ! LOL!
Food was great except my filet steak was very well done rather than medium. My husbands ribeye was great though! French onion was awesome as well as mushroom caps and bacon wrapped scallops.
Appetizer served cold and when notified of the problem, the replacement was served with the entre. Overall the food was rather pedestrian for the prices charged.
The ambience of The Four Seasons Resort is incredible.
Food was excellent as well as service. View was gorgeous! Great wine list! Had the seafood alfredo - scallops, were buttery soft and the shrimp were HUGE! Great experience, will definitely be back!
Food was very good & the ambience was excellent. Service was a little slow.
Considering the COVID circumstances, they did their part to keep guests apart and comfortable while providing hand sanitizer packets at each menu. Our server was nice enough but we did run into an issue where one of us did not get what was ordered. We were told what we ordered wasn’t on the menu and they happily grabbed some crab for us, but as we left we read a menu and saw it was in fact on there and we were given a completely different dish. I think a pitcher of water should stay at the tables because we found ours empty quite often and the staff was quite busy to come do refills, understandably. Overall not bad but did hope for better considering prices.
Staff was nice and attentive. Menu is reasonably priced. Dinner was served at a nice not rushed pace. And hey they say it’s haunted. You decide if that’s a plus or a minus
Very nice selection of entries with great Presentation. Everything was seasoned just right
Very good with great service and very personable waitstaff.
The ambience was so derful, the service efficient and helpful and the food delicious!
The service was very good waitress was very friendly. Food was very good and super hot when we received it.
As can be expected with the hub bub about the Coronavirus the restaurant was very quiet, and it was nice to have the place to ourselves with one other couple at another table. The Chef came out and talked with us, and our waitress Jill was amazing. I ordered the scallops and my husband got shrimp. We had the tuna tartar as an appetizer and it was fabulous! The raspberry sorbet was a nice touch to cleanse the palate before the main dish, and my only wish was that I could have eaten more! Over all, a solid 5 stars and will be back when this virus thing has quieted down.
We have been going there for 20+ years under various ownerships, but this visit took the cake! It was probably the best dining experience we have had in a long time. The Four Seasons is an absolutely lovely place. You can't beat the 4-course dinner -- includes soup AND salad. Had the Stuffed Green Pepper Soup which was practically a meal in itself! Dinner portions were generous for the price and we would recommend anything on the menu. We can't believe how fortunate we are to be so near a true "diamond" in the North woods of Wisconsin.
We had absolutely amazing meals. From the steak which was tender enough to cut with a butter knife, to the amazing seefood and scallops (two in our group that had scallops said they were the best they've ever had). Even the sides were wonderful (best tasting mashed potatoes and broccoli I've had at a restaurant).
Amazing!!!someplace everyone needs to go at least once
