Upon arrival, please inform your server or manager of your chosen Party Package. To ensure a smooth experience, at least one member of your party should arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation. Late arrivals may result in releasing the table. No refunds will be given. You may bring freestanding or floating decorations, but confetti, glitter, and similar items are prohibited and may incur cleanup fees. Pricing excludes tax and gratuity. Per Maricopa County Health Codes, outside food and drinks are prohibited. A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation, non-refundable and applied to your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable. The Forum may cancel reservations for event buyouts, with full deposit refunds processed.

But the overall experience was such a good time. The band Kreative Culture did a fantastic job entertaining us - engaging with the crowd. The manager was a pleasure to work with. I sent a message that I needed to add 2 more people to the reservation & he made that happen. When we arrived at the venue our reservation seating was not a good fit. The manager moved us & made sure we were seated in a better area.The food came out fresh & hot. Pricey for the amount & type of food on the menu. One of the waiters was very rude. Maybe he was having a bad day. Overall was a great experience. Will be coming back in the near future. Thank you

Great experience, music was quite loud in the Vybe restaurant. It's hard to even carry on a conversation while sitting next to each other. Violinists were great, as was DJ, but playing at the same time was too much. We went during the first two weeks and will go back as they work the kinks out. The bar area with jazz band was exceptional, as were the cocktails!

Wednesday Jazz and wine night is an absolute amazing atmosphere. The food and music is outstanding!!!

Our waiter was very accommodating. He explained the cocktails and the menu. Told us it was a soft opening. There were 5 of us sitting at a small table in the lounge and he was able to put another table beside us. My food came before the other 4 received theirs.They waited a long time.

Great night out! Everything was perfect. The band was awesome! Food was good...a little salty. We had mushrooms, salmon, calamari and sushi. Fun night out as always.
