The Fork & Flask at Nage is an evolution of the 12 year success of Nage Bistro & Wine Bar. Originally opened in 2004, the restaurant has won many awards and accolades including best chef, best appetizers, best wine list, best cocktails, best burger in DE, 6 times running best caterer and 3 times as best restaurant by various publications such as Food Network Magazine, Delaware Today, and Coastal Style Magazine.

Our beach bungalow inspired environment creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the simple things in life. This restaurant provides the best in food and drinks. I enjoyed the crab soup that was on the menu created by the special chef for the night. I also enjoyed the flask berry drink that I shared with my friend. It was made with blueberry, pomegranate and vodka. I will be going back to try the scallops which my friend ordered and I will also be getting the berry drink again, but I might not share next time.

This was our second meal at Fork & Flask. The staff is always phenomenal and the food was delicious on the second visit as well. I highly recommend it.

Our meal(s) were very unique, pretty, flavorful, and portions were very satisfying. The only minor negative but that we knew ahead of time is that the meals are on the pricey side- that’s what we wante so didn’t bother us. This may feel different at a different time of day and season but we went at 5:00 on a Saturday night in March and had no crowd. We’ll be back!

We got the calamari, and the sauce was overpowering. In fairness, the waitress asked if we would like it on the side, and we declined (bad idea). I had the steak and my friend had scallops - both really good. I would go back.

Our waitress Shon was FABULOUS! The food was phenomenal and the bar in the center was a very cute touch. I got the red sangria and it came in a glass flask (appropriately with the name) and it was extremely tasty. Will definitely be back again!

Did Sunday night FREE bucket of delicious crispy bone in and boneless chicken with purchase of a $22 bottle of champagne!
Yummy!! Enjoyed great arugula salad and many misc side dishes including an $18 cheese board that had some delicious cheese humble fog on it! We “sampled” several $2 desserts that were pretty decent and they ended up complimentary from the manager! ( thumbs up to the peanut butter one!)
Waitress Jessica was very nice and-knowledgeable!

Wonderful dinner. Love the flask drinks and the spaghetti was marvelous. Would have liked to have had an order of bread and or salad with it as part of the meal. But it tasted wonderful and great service

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law. We went to Polish night as my dad was Polish and my mom Polish/German so we ate a lot of Polish food growing up especially at weddings and funerals. My elder aunts and grandparents only spoke Polish and made all the traditional food. When I married my husband's mother's family was from Czechoslovakia and also cooked the same type of food. I was so excited since I have not had golumpki since the last Polish wedding I attended many many years ago. My husband and I was so impressed with the food selection that we ordered one of everything and then some more. We thought we would have some to take home but we ate everything except 2 pierogies. The food was better than I remembered my aunts making when I was a child. Everything was excellent including the drinks, wait staff and the dessert. Yes, we had room for dessert. Thank you to the cook and the wait staff for making this a special day for my husband and I. We look forward to eating there again.

We can relay on Fork and Flask for a good meal with a few specials to consider. Service is always attentive and helpful. Only points for improvement are to serve the food when it is hot rather than room temperature as was done with the delicious squash soup that would have been spectacular served hot or the french fries, which are seasoned so deliciously, but again served room temperature. Good food and good service no just got to served the food at the correct temperature.

Always wonderful. Loved it when it was Nage. Love it now. The oysters assagio (sp?’)are great. The special,duck was out of this world. Beet salad was great. Bar is good. Crime brûlée was sinful! Service was lovely. Everything about it was enjoyable.

Attended the build your own cheese board event- great selection and varieties of flavors. Absolutely amazing atmosphere, service was great. Tommy and Ginger behind the bar are extremely knowledgeable and personable too! Can’t wait to go back!

Ethiopian Night was fabulous! All dishes were delicious, plus the chef provided a complimentary appetizer, which was also fabulous. Our waitress, the manager and the chef all came by our table at various points to check on us. We love Fork & Flask!

This is one of our favorite places. We attended the "Ode to Elvis" event. From the special menu, the bacon-wrapped meatballs and fried pickles were excellent. The peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwich was, well... an unusual combination of tastes. I guess it was an authentic presentation of Elvis's famous meal. Off the regular menu, the Cobb salad and crab cakes were good, but nothing special. Our server, Dave, was excellent, though perhaps a little *too* exuberant for my taste. But he did a wonderful job. The flask drinks, both alcoholic and non, were great. Chef Sean even made an appearance to check on us, which was a nice touch. And although we declined dessert (because we had other plans), he sent out some cookies and brownie bites, with a sparkler, because we had mentioned it was my mother-in-law's birthday. Yep... same day and year as Elvis. Again, a nice touch. We'll be back.

They knocked it out of the park. Since re branding over the last year from Nage to Fork and Flask, the menu has become more casual, yet elegant and sophisticated... and so have the prices.

With most of the restaurants downtown - entrees tend to be in the 30s... it was a real pleasure to see a menu that offered entrees in the teens and low 20s.

Thank you for accommodating our huge table of 10. Perfect food and service.

Started dinner with the kale caesar salad which was fresh and delicious. The entree was a crab cake sandwich with a good amount of crab and truffle frites which were delicious as well. Menu is pricier then what I am used to but well in line with beach area prices. Waitress was friendly and responsive. Thanks to the Fork and Flash by Nage.

Service was great and the place was nicely designed and laid out. We had the short rib cigars, the spaghetti and the seared scallops. The spaghetti was the servers recommendation and with house made pasta and a red sauce that was top notch you couldn’t go wrong. The scallops were also cooked perfectly and the portions were perfect. Highly recommend.

We went for the special "pot pie' night. The three versions we had were tasty, but were on the warm side, rather than hot, as we would have preferred. The appetizers (butternut squash soup, French onion soup, and crab croquettes) were all outstanding, as were the drinks (alcoholic and non). The desserts (big brownie and a pumpkin/cranberry one - I forget what it was called) were good. The former was "big" - it could have served all three of us. Service was friendly and helpful.
