   Thom and the whole team made us feel very welcome and special as we were celebrating our second wedding anniversary. He took time explaining how to menu was curated and the kitchen team that was part of it. We had the wine flight alongside the blind tasting menu and had a lot of fun guessing the core ingredients. The food was amazing, with bread to start followed by 5 courses and generous wine pairings. We would absolutely recommend and can't wait for another excuse to head to a Friday night of the blind tasting menu.

   Birthday treat for my partner and what a treat - we decided on the sharing Fillet - just wow cooked to perfection by a 19 year old chef who you could tell really enjoyed cooking it - An experience we will return to

   What an amazing meal at The Forge. Service was fantastic, lamb starter was the best i've ever tasted, the ribeye just melted in my mouth and the chocolate tart absolutely amazing. 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍

   Brilliant service from start to end! Came to the Forge for Mother’s Day for their famous roast dinners and they certainly didn’t disappoint!

   The food was stunning, and we will return. Every element of each dish was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We weren’t prepared for such a long wait for our meals, though, a word of advice from the waiter would have helped. It’s always frustrating, after making a careful menu selection to learn that a dish is unavailable, for this to occur for each course, and even on the cocktail menu was disappointing. Hoping for better luck next time.

   Had afternoon tea for a friends birthday. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The venue was lovely and we felt relaxed as had a nice ambience. The food was really lovely and plenty of it for everyone. We weren't made to feel rushed at all and had a wonderful afternoon.
