We love this place! It’s so consistent! The food is great! The staff is always so nice!!! We try to eat here every time we come over! We are in Sunriver at minimum if once a month. We also appreciate their commitment to support the local community! We tell everyone to eat here for all of the reasons noted above!!

Terrible service, disorganised and ended up leaving with 1/2 the food we ordered. We reserved a table but got seated outside and got caught in the rain. Rather than taking care of their exciting customers they gave the free tables inside away to new customers leaving us hurdled outside standing underneath their tinny little roof. Manager ended up arguing with us too cause how dare we complained about getting our food in drips and drops leaving us with most of us stone cold. The food that we did taste was mediocre anc overpriced. Never again!

I very rarely write negative reviews, and I pretty much never complain about service, but this was beyond the pale. Our party of seven arrived at 5pm, and the restaurant was about half full. Our order was pretty simple—two pizzas, a sandwich, two plates of buttered noodles, and a salad. The dishes came out slowly, and one at a time, with 10-15 minute gap between each. In other words, the last item (the salad, which we’d since cancelled), arrived a full 45 minutes after the first food hit the table. Neither the hostess nor the server warned us about this, or commented in any way, so by the time we figured out that every item would be delayed and everyone should just eat as they were served, the first few people were staring at plates of cold food. The server was almost completely absent in between these servings, and seemed completely uninterested in doing anything for our table besides plopping good in it every 15 minutes or so (we never received plates, for example). Most notably, there was no recognition by the staff that this was unusual—no warnings that the kitchen was slow, no apologies for the long wait, etc. The tragedy is that the food was quite good, and Sunriver has a shortage of good restaurants, especially casual ones that take reservations. But I can’t see ever returning here.

Unfortunately they went away with there roasted green beans which was unique and soooo good. We also arrived with an extra person and they could not accommodate us at a high table. Then sat us outside in the sun, when I asked if we could have one in the shade, they said it was reserved. We had a reservation and could not be seated there, no one came for 30minutes.

The salads are wonderful and generous. The cocktails are delicious. The pizza is the best I’ve had since moving here from the East Coast in 1974. The cheese and sauce are EXACTLY the same flavor as New Haven, Connecticut pizza. Not Frank Pepe’s…much better.

We’ve been here a few times and it never disappoints. The service is friendly and the food delicious. The pizza crust is just how I like it; thin and crispy. They’ve got some creative, artisan pizzas on the menu or you can build your own. Salads and sides are good. Love the green beans. Eat them like French fries with your choice of dipping sauces. They also have a nice cocktail menu. I highly recommend.

We had a 6:00 reservation but got there about 30 minutes early and they were kind enough to seat us. Our server attended to us right away and our food was delicious. If we vacation in the area again, we would definitely go back

Great pizza, fold sandwiches not so much, they are more like a wrap and heavy on cheese, which is nice but the got very rubbery quickly. No kids meals or options 🙁 not so good for little kids.

We made reservations and had a wonderful dinner. However, we have walked into this pizza parlor without a reservation, several times in the past, and were treated rudely by the staff. They were exasperated that they had to find a table for someone without a reservation. And it was like they were doing us a HUGE favor by letting us come in. So verdict is still out.

We've eaten there several times and have also gotten take-out pizza a few times, and it's always good, as are the beverages. Recently, we took friends from the Portland area, and they loved it. The only complaints we have are that it's ALWAYS cold in there. This time I remembered and wore a warm jacket, but it was still cold. The other complaint is the metal chairs/stools. When it's cold, sitting on cold, metal chairs makes it worse. This time, I asked to sit along the wall on a cushioned bench. Also, the tables were not all full, but the noise level was SO LOUD that I had to speak up when talking to the person across the table from me. Maybe turn down the music when large groups come in and the noise ramps up?

Love The Fold and look forward to returning next time we are in Sunriver. The juke box thingy took a long time to play our songs, but that's minor and not a complaint. Service was excellent as well as ALL the food we ordered. Loved it!

Our server was was awesome. Our pizza was beyond dreadful. The Caesar salad was good, but it wasn’t a Caesar salad. The metal chairs are little torture devices after a day of skiing. The credit card and deposit required to make a reservation is kind of a joke, as the restaurant was nearly empty. They will need to up their game to survive.
