Lovely time had at the Flying Horse! Absolutely amazing service b provided by Alice, I had a problem with my undercooked fries (twice) it was no problem and she dealt with it professionally and gave me a free dessert to Compensate!! A friendly happy soul ! A lovely evening

Best burger I have ever eaten, and the starter of scallops couldn't be better. BUT! Service was awful: No-one greeted us at the door and we stood for five minutes before anyone came. Nobody had a clue about the free Halloween cocktail I was emailed about (in the end we had to be given a normal one). Onion rings arrived after the rest of the meal was finished. Nobody asked us if everything was ok during meal. Total shame as the place had a good atmosphere.

I have had better food at the flying horse. I had the roasted salmon which was fine (luke warm) but the broccoli was cold and like eating a huge raw branch with a few soft twigs on top. The samphire was sparse. and over cooked with cold spinach which was a huge disappointment. Overall the dish was very average. I guess I am fussy and always expect professionally cooked food when I eat out.

Service could have been better. Had roast beef dinner Yorkshire pudding forgotten so had to ask for it. Creme broulee to die for

I booked online, but arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us (4 adults). Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place.

Delicious tasty food, friendly efficient staff. Very nice decor and surroundings with comfortable seating areas. Well worth a visit for any occasion. 😋😊

Very disappointed. My chips were soggy due to the fact that the fish had been left on top of them and batter on fish not great. The creme broullie (I have eaten many over the years and know what they should be like) that I ordered was more like an egg custard which was not nice.

It was very good value, nice venue, convenient. The food was great service very good, it lacked gravy but this was sorted very quickly. I would come here for Sunday lunch again! And again,!
