    Join us for a very special prix fixe Thanksgiving menu. Your meals will be accompanied by the warm sounds of live musicians on our celebrated stage. Established in 2012, The Flatiron Room has been recognized as a world-famous destination for foodies, live music lovers, whiskey and spirit enthusiasts, and those seeking expertly crafted cocktails all in an elevated and relaxed atmosphere of warmth and comfort. We offer four available seatings: 2:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 7:00 pm, and 9:30 pm. Note: Tax and gratuity are not included in the purchase price. Your table reservation will be for 2.5 hours.     I been here probably 10 times, this time it was different. The service was terrible and really ruined the experience. We left after one drink. I wouldn’t go back. Maybe new management? Idk what it is but it was no where like it use to be.

    An online booking was made at approximately 9:15 PM. There were no personnel at the welcoming station upon our arrival. The staff members seemed eager for their shift to end. Maria, our initial server, was polite and made an effort to find us a table. However, our primary server, Pier, provided poor service and exhibited a displeasing attitude. The oysters served were of unsatisfactory quality, as they emitted an unpleasant odor and taste, which forced us to return them. After our appetizers, Pier forgot to take our main course orders and instead suggested the dessert menu. His performance raises concerns about his suitability for the restaurant industry. Our experience was significantly spoiled by his poor service, causing us great disappointment and negatively affecting our evening. Despite a pleasing overall atmosphere, a fun DJ, and excellent food, our overall experience was significantly undermined due to the substandard service.

    Upon entering the host told us, we’ll need your table back by 10PM for another reservation! Rude to start, the restaurant is freezing cold and I mean freezing cold, perhaps that’s the restaurant’s technique to get people to eat & leave immediately. If you’re sitting in the front near the stage as we were the tables are tiny with 2 glasses of water and 2 glasses of wine there’s no room for your entrées. The wine list is nothing like that at Fine and Rare ( their sister restaurant). Our waiter was in another world, we received our food and he went missing for over 45 mins. The performance was nice, I bumped into the singer for the night in the restroom she mentioned she was taken back by how cold it was in the restaurant! Just not the experience we’re used to especially being a frequent customer at Fine and Rare!

    Went for Restaurant Week Summer 2023. The menu is basic but the specialty cocktail pairing menu is fantastic. Live Jazz performance on the night we went (Alex Smith Duo) is so much fun. Will go back just for the drinks and performance again.

    Gorgeous restaurant. The ambience is stunning, we felt like we had entered another world. Food was absolutely delicious - we shared small plates so we could try several different dishes - and the live music was perfect. A classic NY experience. We look forward to returning!

    We had a lovely time here! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate- perfect for a date night. West coast oysters were fabulous as was the bone marrow. We wanted to order another one as soon as we took the first bite- it was that good. Melt in your mouth delicious. Drinks were tasty as well. We will definitely be back to try out more of the menu and to enjoy the ambiance! The service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend

    We went there to celebrate my elderly mother’s birthday. The food was good and the whiskey selections were extensive as per usual. What really made the dinner stand out was the attentive, friendly and accommodating service of Maria. She couldn’t have been kinder and she really made a special night even more special. She even offered to take a group picture when we got up to leave. Bravo Maria! Many many thanks!

    This was such a great experience. My friend wanted to see live jazz in the city, so this was this best place for us to go. The food was great and the desserts were amazing. Totally recommend!

    Great spot with way better food and drinks than I expected from a music venue - truly NYC restaurant quality (not like The Blue Note). Only thing I wish I knew is that there are tables right in front of the stage and others in the back and along the side - wish I were given a choice or knew there was a choice to make.

    Maria our server was not attentive at all. All the other tables she will ask if they needed anything every 5 or 10 minutes or so. Ours nothing. For example, we asked for the dessert menu, 20 mins later they brought it to us, then it took another 20 minutes for them to ask for what we wanted. Overall, guess we were not up to par with everyone else and maybe that is why we were discriminated. But the food, ambiance and drinks were great. We were just treated terrible and belittled. Doing all the research and anticipating thile restaurant just for the unfair treatment since the start.
