The restaurant is good in theory. It was very loud as a wedding party was taking most of the tables and in particular were talking and walking back and forth from my table.

Food was tasty, and menu offered a variety options. Our server was a bit weak (no drink refills, had to flag her down instead of her stopping by, etc)

The guys were very nice. The only complaint I have is my potatoes were cold and you had no bartender to make drinks this morning. I came there to start my bday off with a nice drink and breakfast. Ricky was our server and he did a great job.

We were staying at the Grey hotel attached to this restaurant so we had breakfast there. The regular coffee was awful, it was like coffee water so I ordered a cappuccino and it was just as bad. I didn't drink either and the waiter didn't ask if they were good or if there was a problem. The food was OK but eggs Benedict was over cooked so no runny yokes more like soft boiled. Very expensive for what you get, someone should taste the coffee to see what they're serving people. Disappointed.

We waited for a few minutes at the hostess stand without being acknowledged as her and another lady figured out something on the tablet. Food was okay, and it took a long time to get the check even though there were very few other diners at the restaurant.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. The food was delicious! Don't sleep on the Nashville hot bao buns (it's a starter but I could have just had 3 as a main), or the lava cake - sooo good!

My wife and I came in a few minutes before closure and we were informed the kitchen would close in 15 minutes. Despite us being last minure we were very well taken care of. Being in the customer service industry for the last 15 year this was a great and memorable experience Fazel our server was knowledgeable and informative on the menu. He gave great recommendation for food and drink based our pallet preference. He was polite, accommodated to our table in a prompt and timely manner. Please print and share the message on to him. This was one of the best restaurants experience thanks to him.

Stayed in the hotel and enjoyed breakfast at the Fillmore on our last morning. Great atmosphere, good food. The only negative was that they were out of most of the pastries- the Matcha Coffeecake was calling to me. Guess that’s a reason to go back next time!

Smallest Martini in Chicago @ $22 each. See pictured as delivered to table. Sweet but very inexperienced staff with no management/supervision in sight. Food was actually pretty good. Drinks ridiculously small.

We arrived at 630 (with reservation) and had to be at the Cadillac Palace (3 blocks away) at 8 pm for a show. There were only 3 tables including our 2-top. Drink order was taken promptly but took about 20 minutes for the drinks to show up. Dinner order placed upon drink delivery. 40 minutes for a filet and a chicken to arrive. So much that I had to ask our inattentive waitress to go expedite the food. Funny that as we asked she went and came back immediately with it. Asked for the check so we weren’t late, took her 10 minute to come back and pick it up. The food was bland and over-priced. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anything beyond the drinks.

We came here for dinner with a group of four and everything was very good. We were seated and served right away. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us the right amount throughout our meal. All of our food was very good! We also had the bao bun appetizer that isn’t pictured here and it was my favorite thing! The fries were outstanding. Prices seemed fair for the area. The place wasn’t very busy for 5pm on a Saturday and I’m not sure why cause I would recommend it to anyone.

Kind of mediocre. Staff seemed surprisingly unprofessional, food unsophisticated (and higher priced than warranted). In the old Standfast location, which was neither of these.

I think the restaurant is in transition. Their menu didn’t match what was online, they were out of several menu items, and overall it just was a miss for us. Our server was very nice and attentive, which shouldn’t have been hard— we were the only table in the restaurant. I felt like the food was overpriced for what i got.

Very few diners and music a bit loud. Friendly wait staff. We had a vegan bowl and a garlic pork udon dish. Prices were reasonable -- the pork and poached egg in the udon was delicious. Some dings, minor blemishes on the wall, and a wobbly chair were the only negatives. Restroom is a bit of a haul upstairs. Good experience but not quite 5 stars.
