We had a wonderful outdoor dining experience at the fig tree to celebrate my birthday! The food was excellent and the service prompt and friendly.
The entire staff from the kitchen to the front of house made my girlfriend’s birthday a wonderful and memorable experience.
It was spectacular! I got the escargot with a cream sauce to die for, then got the chilled soup which was interesting. My main course was the scallops which were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My hubby got the crab and avocado, Caesar, and elk. The elk was delicious. In typical fashion besides being stuffed, I got the hazelnut creme de pot, which was Devine. Our service was top notch!
Only negative is the out door dining we booked on open door did not materialize on The Fig Tree’s schedule!! The maître d’ said to call resturant next time.
Fresh and delicious food. Plates are small but prices are big. Feel Like they could do a little better with prices or give you a bit more food.
Always a great experience at the Fig Tree. My wife has dietary issues associated with some cancer surgery she had years ago. They are so accommodating, patient and creative to assure she has a greet meal every time. We love this place.. it’s the best!
Excellent food and service. Ambiance is not wonderful, but we will dine there again.
Beth was amazing!
The service was very good, and the ambience nice. Food quality was good, but not excellent or outstanding (presentation was good but not very innovative or creative except for the cheesecake we had for dessert). Alcohol was overpriced ($ 15 for a medium glass of wine, $ 12-16 for cocktails which weren't particularly innovative and one was mostly ice). $ 170 for three drinks, a starter, two mains, and a dessert.
Everything was fantastic! Thank you Sara and Greg!
The food and atmosphere were amazing!!! A must do.
Parents night out! Loved the desserts so much and should never be skipped!
Fantastic food as always. Would recommend this place to everyone I know.
We were seated in a four-table room upstairs which was lovely and quiet. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Dessert, yes!
Looking forward for a wonderful dinner again.
The hostess was pleasant and welcoming. Our server Dylan was top-notch and gave an excellent wine recommendation. We were celebrating our anniversary and were made to feel special. I highly recommend this restaurant; it continues to earn its award-winning reputation.
This was an awesome experience. I loved it. The food was great and the waiter was excellent
Simply awesome. Service good atmosphere all fantastic!
The best food in Charlotte; service could be better - best desserts in the southeast!
Stacey, our server, was amazing and the food was delicious. Great ambiance and awesome location. All the staff was great and so helpful.
Good atmosphere spoitl a bit by a very loud business conversation in the room
Not the restaurant's fault
Located in a quaint old 1900's house. Lovley ambiance with excellent staff.
Wine list was absolutely phenomenal! Starters were delicious and a perfect selection.
Food was so delicious and beautifully seasoned. Fresh delightful salad with each entree. Excellent dessert selections.
Just the best restaurant all way round!
Food and service are both amazing, very pretty front porch patio dining.
Great time and good food.
Dylan was our server. Terrific guy. Would definitely ask to be in his area again
Food and service were wonderful. Price matched the quality.
We loved this place! It was a wonderful anniversary experience. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
The food was really good but the staff was pretty rude. Our server rolled her eyes any time she walked by our table and gave up on her friendly server act after we paid. It seemed like a lot of the waiters just didn’t want to be there.
Food was absolutely amazing. Spinach salad, spicy canteloupe soup, trout, steak and lamb were all perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Desserts were sent from heaven! Chevre cheesecake, Beignets and Chocolate Pot d' Creme - oh my! All wonderful!
Amazing wine list, great service (thanks Rebecca) and wonderful ambiance. We will return!
Excellent food and service. Wonderful, original menu
First time having escargot. It was delicious, and the sauce was amazing. Great for sopping with the focaccia bread. Almost filled up too much on the bread, I could not quite finish the halbut and lobster, which was fantastic. My wife had the grouper special, which she loved as well.
Nice ambience on the patio, overall great experience.
Our server Dillion was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and his recommendations were spot on. His service along with our outstanding meals made it a very memorable night. We’ll definitely be back.
Dillon was a great server and provided a memorable experience as did everyone at the restaurant. The food was fabulous. We will definitely keep in mind for future visits.
We loved the Fig Tree. Food and service was outstanding. Table had orders for the pork chop, scallops, trout, and lamb chops. Everyone loved their meals and my husband said they were the best lamb chops he has ever had. Will definitely go back next time we are in Charlotte.
Our waitress was great she not only knew the menu but also the ingredients to satisfy particular diets. She was also on top of the wines. Thanks Jennifer
