Had the tasting menu for 8 plates - excellent variety, quality and all in season. Guinea fowl was particularly good.

I visited The Fig Tree for a birthday treat. The group opted for the 8 course taster menu, the food exceeded all expectations, it was absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, the staff were true professionals. For anyone thinking of booking this restaurant I say ‘do it’, it was worth every penny and a was a memorable experience, we will definitely be returning.

Our second visit and just as memorable as the first. We’re so lucky to have such a superb restaurant in a small village like Hurst. The tasting menu changes regularly, and this one just tasted of summer. We both struggled to choose a favourite course as all of them were so good. We’ll be back soon I’m sure.

Me and my wife had the tasting menu and the wine flight which was really nice. My wife doesn’t eat meat, eggs or diary and they accommodated her with a bespoke tasting menu. We would definitely go back again.

Id like to think I'm a good foodie, I have been to a lot of top end restaurants and i can say , this by far was the nicest meal I've ever had. The quality of the food, taste, presentation service was outstanding. The wine flight was eqaull y delicious. i will be recommending you to everyone i know who would appreciate it, and il be returning very soon. Well done Fig Tree

We have dined at The Fig Tree quite a few times both for lunch and dinner and it never fails to please.Having taken several friends and family there we have managed to convert them to Fig Tree fans. This place is a real treat
