   The room and ambiance is nice. Unfortunately, they are not adequately staffed to keep up with a full house and this results in service standards akin to a poorly managed fast food restaurant and similar quality cuisine, a complete mismatch with the loveliness of the hotel itself. We would never go back, and given that this is the hotel’s only dinner option, we will reconsider staying at Langham again as well.

   Incredible service. Incredible cocktails. Entrees are on the pricier side. Very sexy and well appointed space.

   We had a very enjoyable evening, along with a very good meal. The ambiance matched the energy of the evening, calm and relaxed.

   Rip off menu, sat in a terrible spot, wine pairing was not paired correctly (came out far before the meals and a 2oz pour was gone before the food)

   Lovely spot for a drink on a Friday. So nice they have a jazz duet live to listen to. Prices are a bit high, but the food and service were excellent. Would recommend for a first date, first drink, or a date with your partner

   Bar seats were super comfortable and large. Didn’t feel like you were sitting on top of your neighbors. Bartender was super personable and great drinks! Perfect cozy winter spot. Highly recommend.

   Expensive place in an expensive hotel, with slow, poor service and rude staff. Not at all the experience you would expect at a 5 star hotel, or any business for that matter.

    Highly recommend. The food was great. The cocktails were outstanding. The service was lovely. And we were there during the jazz band on Friday night. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Beautiful spot. Great cocktails. A little pricey, but you have to expect this going in. Fantastic atmosphere. No loud music playing, comfortable seating, well decorated. I highly recommend it as an after dinner spot. Only let down was the service. Very polite but very slow and inattentive.

    Nice, dark vibe inside but service was extremely slow and understaffed. Had to get up to get my own water after having empty glasses and already asking for it.

    Unfriendly hostess. No birthday welcome. We are Langham hotel guests and did not get the table we requested. We waited at the bar for our table to be ready for 15 minutes. We were seated behind the bar at a high traffic, not ideal table without visibility to the live music. It took 8 minutes for our server to even come. We left before even ordering food.

    Great, cozy atmosphere with all the lounge seating. The food is a bit expensive for what it is, but not surprising given the prime, downtown location.

    We enjoyed a scrumptious dinner - even though the menu is not expansive. For a party of 6 the seating arrangements were not ideal: a corner couch with large slipper chairs made eating a balancing act. The chairs were made for lounging with a cocktail not eating a meal. I was mislead by the image on the Langham website that we’d be sitting at a regular table with dining chairs. If you’re a two top no worries they offer plenty of seating for your party.

    The hotel is very lovely and classy. The restaurant is open late until 1130 relative to other good restaurants in the area that close at 9, which is great if you’re coming in late or are lazy. Drinks and food were really good, nice chairs/benches, easy to relax and have a good meal/drink/convo. My new spot if I’m traveling to Boston. For all you snobs :) this place over the four seasons.

    Food was great but the service was lacking. It’s unfortunate because the food prices don’t align with the type of service we received. Waiter took forever for just about everything and didn’t even acknowledge that he was taking forever.

    We loved our starters and the drinks were on point. However our main was very, very salty. We did send it back and it was removed from our bill. Overall the service was excellent. It was just a slight miss on the food.

    Loves this restaurant had a very quiet ambiance and really amazing food. Try the grilled cheese as the appetizer if you can, you won’t regret it!

    The Fed is an amazing bar located inside the Langham Hotel in Boston. The bar itself has a great ambiance. The tables have comfortable seats and spacious seating. The tables are not on top of each other. The drink list is great, and the drink sizes are generous. It's worth stopping in for a drink. A++

    We were staying at the hotel on the club floor. My family and I were treated very disrespectfully by our server. After waiting 45 minutes for our drinks we ultimately had the maitre’d get our bill for us as the server was nowhere to be seen.

    We had oysters, crab claws, and steak frites. The seafood was outstanding as well as the steak frites which was cooked to perfection. Extra nice touch was when waiter brings the bottle of wine to the table when we ordered a 2nd glass. We will definitely be back.
