Our party of four were pleasantly surprise, at the now Feathered Fox. What was old is beautifully new again. We were well received in warm fashion by lovely Yetta, and Chef Chris. I was very much looking forward to the elavated Sushi experience. Sushi rolls are most satisfying along with a delicious beet salad. Halibut, Carpaccio, Oysters, you name it we were very happy with the cuisine we selected. The Creme Brûlée pie was amazing, not to mention Death by Chocolate cake. Of course we had great wine to complement our meal. I am looking forward to coming back to try their Steak. What more could one ask for in a Maritime setting.

Maritime parc, reimagined, and exquisitely so. New menu, new settings, new waitstaff, and all of the changes have coincided nicely. Dined on the patio on a "10" evening, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals, from the delicious fresh raw oysters, to the petite filet and Halibut..finished off with the devine chocolate cake...noticed that diners around us had similar experiences, raving about their meals. Not always easy to break out of the mold, but this was a resounding success.

Don’t try the Brussels sprouts! Everything else was good. Music outdoors was really loud and too much bass. Ruined the nice setting.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the newly opened Feathered Fox. Our server, Christian, was awesome, with just the right amount of service. The food was outstanding (I had the scallops with spinach and oyster mushrooms over spaetzle). The brussel sprouts were a little spicier than anticipated, but still good. Crispy green beans were wonderful. And the chocolate cake was perfect. Highly recommend dining there. We will be back.

Brand new remodel of the former Maritime Parc restaurant. Maritime Parc Events and Catering is still upstairs. Friends and family weekend at the new Feathered Fox was amazing. Creative cocktails, beautiful decor, incredible food and excellent service.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Jersey City’s newest hotspot during its soft opening night, and we’re still raving about the entire experience. With breathtaking views of the marina as the backdrop, this restaurant delivers not just on scenery but also on exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—special shoutout to our incredible waiter Johnathon, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made our night memorable. The cocktails were expertly crafted, each one perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor—clearly made by a team that takes pride in mixology. Now onto the food, which was absolutely phenomenal. The sushi blew us away—each roll was a standout, but the Truffle Scallop Roll, The Feathered Roll, and The Foxy Roll were next-level in taste and presentation. Fresh, creative, and unforgettable. We started with a gorgeous spread of appetizers including the Gulf White Shrimp, Daily East & West Coast Oysters, and Broiled Oysters, all impeccably fresh. The Beet Salad was a refreshing, earthy complement to the richness of the seafood. The main dishes were equally outstanding. The Filet Mignon and Prime NY Strip were both cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Peppercorn-Cognac sauce deserves its own spotlight—silky, rich, and the perfect pairing to the steaks. The sides were a highlight all on their own: the Classic Creamed Spinach was comforting and creamy, the Duck Confit Mac and Cheese was decadent and unique, and the Mashed Potato Rings were a brilliant twist—crispy, creamy, and unforgettable. To finish, the desserts were divine. We shared the Meringue Tart, Chocolate Cake, and a few others—each one was the perfect sweet ending to an extraordinary meal. I highly recommend The Feathered Fox. The atmosphere was relaxing and engaging and the decor, crisp. The staff are attentive to the customers, knowledgeable about the menu and engaging.
